I recommend doing this tour, independent of the time of year as the landscapes are beautiful, also thank Nelly our Guide, very attentive with the passengers and always delivering the timely information of what explains

The tour was an unforgettable experience. The views are breathtaking and climbing the volcano was the icing on the cake. I highlight our Guide Nelly for her good explanations and suggestions, as well as for her great human quality.

Petrohue Jumps are majestic, a must if you are in the south of Chile, admission is not expensive, there is a cafeteria and sell pilots to not get wet

The falls are small waterfalls with beautiful views, the walk to the volcano is interesting, the climb is difficult. That day it was very cloudy and the guide said that those who want could be careful, but I didn't accompany anyone, the path is not indicated and we almost got lost. The guide had to accompany the group

We walked to the photo area (observation point) along Paso Desolacion (about 6.2km). Really pretty walk, great views at various points, not a lot of tree coverage. The volcano views were amazing.
Watch out for the huge flying horsefly insects (not sure what they are called).. We were doing the walk in later January, and those things really put a damper on the walk. They are hideous, and they flock to people. We were told they are only there for a month or so. Plan accordingly to miss them!

Convenient tour to see the main attractions around puerto varas.
Collected on time from hotel.
First stop was the waterfalls (extra cost to enter ( approx $7.50 for non Chileans)
Next stop the lake (again extra cost for a boat trip) I opted to not do the boat tour and walked along the shore of the lake which was lovely with the same views.
Next stop lunch at a restaurant (approx $15 dollars) if you have lunch with you you can eat it on picnic tables.
Final stop the volcano (again optional extra for chair lift up another 200 meters) the second chair lift was closed to go higher. I opted to walk to the view points.
Good tour to see the sites, punctual timings and informative tour guide. I would recommend.

I loved everything I saw, especially Lake Petrohue, it is spectacular. Nelly, our excellent tourist guide, very friendly, attentive to our needs and very well informed to answer our questions.

I was picked up 40 minutes late in a truck that took me to meet up with the tour van, making me suspect they forgot about me until I contacted them, then at the end they dropped me off at the wrong spot. The places you visit are beautiful but the tour company should warn you about the additional costs (7,000 to enter Petrohue, 6,000 for the boat ride, and 27,500 for Osorno chairlifts). The restaurant they take you to is also quite expensive. The guide Amy was very nice but her English wasn’t strong which meant I didn’t get the same explanation about the area as the Spanish speakers - a full English tour shouldn’t be promised if it can’t be delivered. Again, we visited beautiful places but I wish the tour company was more organized.

The place is beautiful... it has a very small trekking area suitable for all ages. There are businesses with outdoor and indoor food (better price) that are definitely worth visiting. We went with our dog and we couldn't enter with her, however we did manage to entertain her by going down to the river that is at the entrance of the park 😋

What does it mean "from $40"? Does that mean if our group of 3 people are the only ones going, we have to pay for the entire trip for the others who are not filling the vehicle? This is a rather scary way of pricing. We need to know the exact price. Please advise.
