Easy to book one week in advance for our transit from our Oceania cruise ship at San Antonio port to Santiago. Continued to communicate upto 6:30pm the night prior to our 9am pick up. Woke up to a Trip Advisor message at 1am saying that we will get a refund due to cancelation of our pick up!!
Totally left waiting with our luggage to find another way to get to our Santiago hotel. Worst ever treatment, said cancelation was due to no vehicles available so obviously no planning in this company. Stay well clear!

Driver responded right away to my request sent the night before for confirmation of where to meet with driver's name; however, the only problem we had is that the driver did not have a piece of paper with my name on it as described in the message to me. I was able to find the driver by describing myself and then finding his son who was responding to my messages.
Driver and assistant do not speak English very well so that was slightly difficult to communicate; however, once we found each other, we were quickly taken to the vehicle and bags loaded. Transport to Santiago Hotel was smooth without incident and driver was very nice.
Service could be greatly improved if someone who speaks English fluently is involved and if a sign is made with customer's name as promised.

We were delayed getting off the ship because of the baggage, the driver waited for us nearly 2 hours, we were grateful. Got us to the airport in good time, only downfall was that the car was in need of a valet inside, quite grubby. Other than that all was OK

While the Santiago transfer was excellent - well priced and on time for the trip from the port San Antonio to Santiago ( a drive of one and half hours), the Buenos Aires transfer from the airport to the city never showed up. (even after 10 emails to confirm and reconfirm) We arrived in Buenos Aires after a 14 hour flight and NO ONE was there. The company gave no reason for being left high and dry at the airport at midnight. DO NOT USE VIATORS BUENOS AIRES. SANTIAGO WAS GREAT!!! I was not asked to evaluate the BA transfer so I am doing it here.

The car was comfortable and the driver was nice. However, the coordination and communication was terrible. Though I communicated the details of our arrival by cruise ship three times. The driver was apparently waiting at the wrong ship and despite multiple texts and calls, did not finally arrive to pick us up more than one hour last the appointed time.
The operator main line did not answer calls or hung up when they did because they said they were busy.
I would not recommend this company to anyoneWho wants to have a smooth arrival and transfer.

The driver was very pleasant and the drive was good except for the fact that we waited an hour and a half on the pier. Apparently the driver had been asked to pick us up at 10.30am. We had to leave the ship at 9am. We phoned the number viator provided for the local tour operator continuously but there was no answer. We were about to catch a taxi when he arrived at 10.40am. The cost of a taxi from the pier was nearly half the price we had paid for the service. I would definitely not use this service again.

I arranged the transfer through Viator and a driver met us at the disembarkation point in San Antonio on time, carried the 4 of us with our luggage to the Sheraton in Santiago. Good driver, We were pleased.

We are looking for transportation after a 2 week long cruise. This means that each person may have more than one suitcase and one carry on. What do you recommend if we think we may have more luggage? We will have 4 passengers.
