A disaster absolutely everything.1 hour in the cold waiting for each game...then we do 1 game (culiskate) and our 7-year-old son diverts his sled and goes under a net that was not in a hurry...he cut his entire neck...started bleeding...absolutely no one came to see how he was.

Very nice place, but that's all! Bad infrastructure with dirty bathrooms, queues for everything, very expensive and horrible diners. Clear lack of professional management, a shame for Chile!

the after-sales service is awful. buy some packs to go with my family. I still do not receive the QR or copy of the tickets, I have been calling, writing mail and nothing!

Ops, first of all, I didn't travel with Trip & Tour Turismo, I think they were lucky to put a title that brings back everyone who will criticize Farellones here. The criticism is to the Farellones park.
Look, my daughter went bad and they looked after her well. Well... they let rest a bit in the nursery and the nurse was very, very friendly. But the park is all that they're talking about, there's no shelter, everything's expensive and it's so row now in the high station that you'll be able to get down in a giant boe and an individual boe if so.
Outside of that, they're really toys like climbing the hill and then slipping down.
Not to say that I just criticized, the view from the cable car is very beautiful.
The guide joked that the queue for the Tyrolese is the largest queue in Chile.
I didn't find the employees badly polite, just overloaded and stressed.
Seriously, the problem is that the agencies don't give you an option like just going there in the village of Falerones or something like that to see snow. Maybe it's time for a walk like this.

The idea of the park with snow activities, which go beyond skiing and snowboarding, is sensational. The execution is terrible. I was on the 31/07/2024. There is no queue organization. But the issue of security took more. There was a vent in the early afternoon. The air toys began to spin and the children in them were thrown from a height of more than 3 meters and turned around the ice. The toys didn't have any snows. Employees ran to rescue, but the toys. The children's rescue took a long time. 1 out of 3 left unable to move. The ambulance took a long time to arrive. I didn't see any firefighters, police or press on the scene, despite the severity of the injuries. The children's area continued to work, only stopped when everyone's discomfort was visible with the scene of the care. There was a lot of wind in the day. There was no alternative to climb to the access from above, where you should pick up the Van, just by the cable car. This was swinging a lot. They kept the park open, without any security conditions, not to pay the refund. In the “squibunda”, flying helmets, and the buckets they use to store them. The last of them, by the wind, which was already strong, left the toy area, crossed the net and got hurt. The official website treats the matter as mere fatality. Location very unsafe and with inconsequential management.

Typical tricks tourist. A crowd in a place completely unstructured. Your life in this park is in line, and the attractions are weak. The virtually non-existent food is very expensive. There are no places to rest and anywhere a pile of people. Total frustration. The landscape is the only thing that pays off but we paid a park just to play in the snow. Unnecessary!

Minimum two hours wait for a game. It's lining up in the snow, they sell a lot more than their ability to receive. We managed to climb to a single game, waited 2 hours and the game lasted a few seconds. Don't go!

And of course the natural beauty of the park is indisputable, but I would like to point out some truths:
1.Structure is bad. Rows for everything, bathroom.... besides dirty, we need to stay in endless rows.
2.The employees are extremely fat and poorly educated.
3. Abusive prices, in addition to the amount that is paid to enter, which is quite expensive, the cost of anything sold inside the park is abusing.
Anyway, if you were sure to know the park be aware of the points mentioned above.

Park without any structure. It was super crowded. 2.5 hours on the daughter to access a toy. No place to hide from the sun, bad bathrooms, bad food made in trailers. It's a pity.
