Loved this tour!!! What a unique way to experience Chile. Because it was summer, we left in the afternoon. The traffic out was the worst part and everything else was amazing. We had nice small groups and met up all together at each location. The chocolate house was cute and a perfect stop before seeing the waterfall. Once we arrived at the hot springs, it was almost sunset which made an amazing background with the mountains. There are several temperature pools to enjoy. Bring water shoes/socks if you don't want to be barefoot especially in the changing room. Afterwards we headed to the BBQ spot, which was so nice and pleasant. The food was yummy and definitely enough for all of us to get full bellies. Then at the end they turned off all the lights and we stargazed before heading back to the Santiago.
I would do this tour again because I enjoyed it so much. Gabriel was a great guide and wonderful driver. There is some "off roading" so be prepared to bounce a bit but it isn't too bad.

This was the best tour I did in Santiago, and there were a few. The experience was perfect. The agency planned for we to arrive at the springs late in the day, when there were not too many people and we did not need to put on sunscreen, then the barbecue was amazing, very tasty and high quality. The guides, Cisco and Sol, were superb too, very atencious.

Sebastian, Francisco and Jose were amazing tour planners and guides. This was a perfect way to see the beautiful Andes up close without hiking. Hot springs were enjoyable and they were happy to take beautiful photos of us. And the bbq spot along with the food was very special.

This was an amazing experience! We had the absolute best guides Francisco and Sebastian who were full of knowledge around the area and made it so fun! The food was to die for and just kept coming. We left very full of both food and wine. 10/10 would recommend to anyone we know!

We only had a short stay in Santiago prior to boarding a cruise, so we decided to make the most of it and carefully select a few tours to fill in the days. Our tour to the Andes with Sebastion was an absolute standout not only for this trip but for the many tours we have done around the world. The drive down from the mountains at sunset will stay with me forever.
The hotsprings are fantastic and a novel way to spend your time soaking in the breathtaking views of the snow capped Andes mountains while you soak away your worries in the thermal springs.
The Chilean bbq was a great way to finish off the evening and have a few laughs around the campfire with your fellow travellers. Highly recommended!!!

Weather was fantastic. Sites were beautiful. Guide was friendly! Food was amazing! I would highly recommend. My husband and I went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a great time.

I had no experience with the tour, because it didn't happen. The company simply did not make the tour. Unchecked the date I originally chose. Then the company asked to refine and I accepted the refine and to my surprise removed the mark again. After that they wanted to remarket for the 3rd time or I could choose another tour with a completely different route. In view of this scenario, I decided to give up. My experience with this company was terrible. I have already asked the company for the chargeback of the amount paid, I do not know if it will be easy or if I will have more unpleasant surprises. Disappointment defines my feeling now.

The tour from the viewpoint of the landscape until it was nice.
What left much to be desired was the service provided: before, during and after the tour.
Before the tour: we only got to know the 22:00hs of the day before the tour time, which would be the 05:00hs of the morning of the next day. As we saw other negative reviews, we were quite concerned.
During the tour: during the swimming in the pool, had an agency employee who smoked near the site, infesting the site with unpleasant smell.
After the tour: at lunch I felt the lack of the solar clip for my grade glasses. They searched and found the same day in the jeep, which was in the mountain.
As he could not call immediately, he was promised that he would be available in the office no later than 2 days. Three days and nothing. After all, I searched again contact via WhatsApp, and they simply ignored me.
As the tour has a high cost, it is expected at least a height service, and not neglect with the customer. Sorry.
