Ótima experiência!

Fui atendida pelo Benjamin via whatsapp e desde o começo ele foi muito atencioso. Fechei os passeios Islas Ballestas + Huacachina e Machu Picchu com essa agência e só tenho elogios
O primeiro passeio (Islas Ballestas + Huacachina) saiu de Lima bem cedo, paramos para tomar café em um local simples mas que nunca comi um pão tão gostoso. O Guia Javier era muito atencioso e paciente.
Para Islas Ballestas recomendo roupa grossa, é um passeio gelado. Já Huacachinha é extremamente calor. Houve todo o suporte e estrutura

Para Machu Picchu, foram no meu hotel na véspera me entregar todos os boletos, na ordem de uso em uma pastinha. O rapaz que entregou (Wilson) foi muito atencioso e me explicou tudo direitinho como funcionava. A agência também me deu um gorrinho lindo de presente.
Tudo ocorreu sem problemas. Uma pessoa me levou até a estação de trem cedinho e logo quando desci em Aguas Calientes, havia uma moça me esperando com meu nome em uma plaquinha
O lugar que me sentei no trem foi o melhor possível, escolhido pela agência. Janela do lado direito. Uma vista linda a viagem toda.
A moça que me recebeu em Aguas Calientes me instruiu na fila do ônibus e me deu o contato do meu guia, que foi o Jorge.
Foi sensacional. Jorge sabe muito e tirou belas fotos.
Na descida ele também indicou melhores lugares para comer em Aguas Calientes e como voltar para o trem.

Quando cheguei de volta em Cusco, havia uma pessoa para me levar de volta ao hotel.

Tudo foi muito organizado.
Recomendo demais essa agência.

YOVANA IS AMAZING | MACHUPICHHU UNFORGETTABLE THANKS TO HER

The day started by taking the train from the beautiful city of Cusco, when we arrived to qguas hot we were attended by the Yovana Guide, I do not have the words to express my gratitude to her, the tour was wonderful, she managed to captivate us with her attention, the super clear explanation of the whole story and a whole photographer as we took the best photos of the place, we leave very happy and very open to recommend Yovana to any of our friends or family, they are in good hands!!

Thanks Yovana, Machupicchu was wonderful thanks to you 🇵🇪❤️

We have or prazer tea to Yovana as nossa guia em Machu Picchu, and we could not be more satisfied! German being extremely pontual and demonstrating a vast conheciment on or touristic ponto and to história dos Incas, the ainda found us a day earlier to pass all as informações e recomendações necessárias, guaranteeing that we were prepared for or passeio, sem nenhum problem. During everything or tour, Yovana us deu total suporte, ajudando não só com o circuit eos moments of rest, but also with photos and videos that ficaram incriveis! Sua atenção aos detalhes e sua dedicação em garantir that we took advantage of every moment fizeram all at different times. Note 10 stop or work impeccable! We recommend muito!

We had the pleasure of having Yovana as our Guide in Machu Picchu, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! In addition to being extremely punctual and demonstrating a vast knowledge about the tourist spot and history of the Incas, he found us a day early to give us all the necessary information and recommendations, making sure we were well prepared for the excursion, without any problems. Throughout the tour, Yovana gave us total support, helping us not only with the circuit and the rest moments, but also with the photos and videos, which were amazing! We stayed 14 days in Peru and made 9 tours with the agency, including Machu picchu full day, colorful mountain, Laguna Humantay, Ica and others. Jenipher supported us via WhatsApp, always attentive and almost 24h available. She's top. Removed all doubts, helped us with currency exchange tips. It was the best price found for the period, the guides are great, keeps the group always together and work with pleasure, know a lot about the local history. Congratulations to the entire team. Peru is a beautiful country, natural landscapes and a lot of culture. We love everything. Thanks to Machupicchu Luna Tours. Greetings from Brazil!!

Yovana was an excellent Guide, we decided in the end to take him with Guide for everything that involved being there in terms of information and the experience was even more enjoyed!

We had an excellent Guide of name Yovana, is very attentive, gave us recommendations at all times, told us important and cultural aspects of Machupichu, helped us to take photos, always adapting to the pace we were on the way, since there are more complicated parts than others on the circuit. We loved knowing this wonder of the world, with the attention of the agency.

Excellent service, we made huacachina, with the Guide Julia in lime, machupicchu in cusco with the Guide jovanna and luis flores, we also made humantay with the Guide bryan, apart from a city tours. 100% recommended. Super friendly and experienced.
