This tour was amazing. Both the driver Juan, and Joan the tour guide were very amicable and cared about what me and my husband wanted to do and see. They even arrange transportation for us after the Tour to take us back to the airport. Joan is very knowledgeable and hope to one day be able to read the book he’s writing. They even provided the tour disregard that the city had a strike so that they can make sure that the tourist get to experience the city without being affected by what other people are doing in their city.

The private Cusco tour was a wonderful addition to my stay in Cusco. The program was nicely designed . wayque wayra was my tour guide. He gave me very detailed introduction to the various sites we visited . He even played music for me during the tour. The driver and the guide were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any future tours.

I went with this tour company based off recommendations from a friend that used the company and Joan was their guide.. I reached out to Joan who asked what I wanted to see in Cusco and within minutes I had an itinerary to review. Joan took the stress out of trying to make plans and bookings for multiple places to visit in Cusco. His tour company handled all my bookings including airport pickup, hotel, and tours. Joan is very informative, great with photos and always available to be reached via WhatsApp. I felt totally safe on this tour and opted for the private tour to keep things on my pace. You will not regret choosing this company. 5 stars on everything and loved Peru.

Amazing tour! Our tour guide Joan is so knowledgeable and passionate about the Inca culture and history. My father has done stair limitations and he made sure to go slow, take the climb slowly and recommend what to skip. Great communication with Joan via WhatsApp before the tour. Remember to tip your tour guide and driver for all that they do. Highly recommend especially for those with some limitations. Private tours are worth the money and peace of mind.

Our guide made our trip incredible from the first day to the last. Truly grateful and happy with all the love, attention, warmth and commitment you had to make our experience unmatched. Peru is beautiful, but with Joan it will be magical. In short, the best tourist guide/friend you can hire.

The stay in Peru was very comfortable and organized thanks to them, very punctual, attentive and organized in everything, I have no complaints about them, Joan is an excellent guide who knows very well what he is talking about. Thank you very much for everything!

This was our first time visiting Cusco and Machu pichu, and it would not have been nearly as smooth if it wasn't for our tour guide Joan. We had lost documentation that Joan helped us with the paperwork to follow as he knows of the process, to ensure a smooth travel, among other last minute issues that came up. If we didn't have Joan as our guide we wouldn't have been able to solve these issues and enjoy our vacation. My sons and daughter ages 23
25 and 27 were extremely pleased and comfortable. Besides that, he is extremely knowledgeable on the history of the Inca. Joan also speaks VERY fluent English, among Italian and even the ancient Quechua language. We were in very capable hands and so would you. You'll have peace of mind with him. Like we did. So at ease.

JOAN/john/joão (different names for different countries’ guests) is THE guide you want to do a tour with. He has a history degree and absolutely puts it to use by painting a vivid picture of how the Incan civilization came to life and unfortunately fell. Accidents happen but he is extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating; my whole family lost our Peruvian ID’s and he personally drove us to the police station in Cusco and helped us report them as lost so we would still be able to go to Macchu Picchu! When I was sick from the altitude, he didn’t hesitate stop at pharmacy, had oxygen and an SPO2 monitor on-hand, and was constantly checking on me. Joan plans the tour according to what YOU want to see and how much time you have, and in English or Spanish! He told me personally, but you can already tell that tell he is super passionate about what he does and never gets tired of doing these tours because he just loves sharing Peruvian culture, and it honestly makes the trip that much better. do yourself a favor and have a safe, fun, and informative trip with JOAN!!
