We had the best experience in our tours, the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, Julio Cesar always kept us informed of all of our activities and was very helpful, our tour guide Freddy was very knowledgeable and hospitable, helping us take photos and making the experience fun for every one, Miguel was a great driver very careful and always on time. Overall it was a great family trip every thing was ready for us and we didn't have to worry about anything during our stay.

First, I love traveling with a private guide. You get to see what you want, they spend as much time as you need taking photos, and are very much focused on your own happiness.
Now, with respect to this trip specifically? It could not have gone better. Waldir was helpful coordinating the whole process from pickup at the airport to dropping me back off.
Jenks and Bruce were amazing guides and travel companions. Bruce did an amazing job at driving and keeping us on time. Jenks was so helpful, full of useful information and explanations of what I was looking at. He even climbed a mountain with me encouraging me as we went.
There were zero hiccups, and seriously I’ve had the best time. Everything was so well organized-it could not have been better.
The only thing I wish I’d have done ahead of time is saved more space in my suitcase to bring back the amazing alpaca products I bought while here.
Highly recommend.

We booked this tour and made it a private tour for 4 of us. From the start of the booking to the last day of being dropped off at the airport, the process was so easy and seamless. Our contact person Waldir was always available for any of our questions. We added an extra day tour in Lima. Greta gave us a really good tour and got the most out of it even if it's only half a day.
Willie was our guide while we were in Cusco and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and very passionate about sharing the history of his country.
Harol made our tour of Machu Picchu very unforgettable. He also took awesome pictures.
Overall, I highly recommend this company and I would suggest requesting these guides to make your trip worth it and unforgettable.
