The walk went well. We had problems with tickets (wrong date), but it was fixed (all via WhatsApp)
It took a while to answer (it was Sunday) but it was solved without problems) and the tour was great. A Guide just for us.

Full Day Tour Review of the Sacred Valley in Cusco – An Experience Not to Repeat
We had the unfortunate experience of taking the Sacred Valley Full Day tour with Inkadventours on our last day of vacation in Cusco, and unfortunately, the experience was abysmal from start to finish. Below, we detail the main aspects that contributed to our dissatisfaction, making it clear that this experience does not deserve any Ace on a scale of 1 to 5.
1. Organization of the Agency
From the outset, the agency was inoperative and unclear in the communication. We informed them in advance (5 days before the tour) that we had changed hotels and they confirmed that a transfer would pick us up at our new accommodation between 6:20 and 6:40 in the morning of August 16, 2024. However, at 6:40 we received a call from the agency telling us that we should take a taxi to a new meeting point. This was not only confusing, as we are not from the area (we are from Chile), but we were also promised a refund for the cost of the taxi, something that was not contemplated. With great difficulty we got an Uber and headed to a location we barely understood, and as we arrived, around 7:00 am, the Tour Guide called us threatening to leave if we did not arrive on time. We tried to explain the situation, but there was no understanding. From that moment on, our experience went straight to a five-star zero.
2. Performance of the Guide
The Guide that touched us, Felicia, completely ignored our complaint and the refund request, dismissing our reasons. Towards the end of the tour, he told us that it had nothing to do with the subject and that we should talk to the person from the agency who had called us, named Sonia, although he did not even provide us with his last name. Throughout the day, Felicia was rushing us, which made us constantly feel like we had little time in every place we visited. Times were absurdly short, with only 20 to 30 minutes at each Attraction or Ruin. Arriving at the buffet, he told us that we only had 30 minutes for lunch, and if it weren’t for asking for more time, he wouldn’t have given us even the 35 minutes he finally granted us. Apart from this, she insisted on giving dubious data, such as stating that during the pandemic no Cusco died because they consumed dehydrated potato, which, according to her, contained a high dose of penicillin that "killed the COVID bug". We believe that tourism and in particular tour guides, should maintain ethical and technical rigor according to the importance of their profession, which was not achieved in this tour.
3. Transport
Transport consisted of an antique, rugged and dirty van with no air conditioning and poor security measures (seat belts sometimes worked and others did not). In addition, our driver of the day, Ernesto, drove very riskily, almost crashing on at least three occasions, which made us feel as if we were being transported as sacks of potatoes, rather than living people.
Conclusion
We deeply regret that our experience has ended this way. It is a sad way to say goodbye to Cusco, such a beautiful and magical place. We do not expect to receive the promised refund, but we wanted to leave this review to prevent others who think about choosing this company (Inkadventours) to take this or any other tour in Cusco or anywhere else in Peru.
