I had an amazing experience with this company. My mom flew all the way from Japan to visit her dream destination, Machu Picchu, so our expectation was really high. But the overall experience was beyond our expectation. Also, I had my birthday on that day, and I was surprised that I got celebrated at the hotel in the morning, in the train back to Cuzco, and the dinner place thanks to this company. The company was really helpful, flexible and organized things perfectly.
We also had a tour to Puno and saw Titicaca lake, which was wonderful as well!

I, my wife and our children (aged 6, 3 and 1) travelled to Peru from Japan.
I requested a 4-day/3-night tour from Lima to Machu Picchu, and they organised the trip so that we could visit Machu Picchu without any difficulty with my small child.
On the first day we had a problem with our flight from Lima to Cusco being cancelled due to equipment trouble, but they were very supportive and reassuring.
We also had a Japanese-speaking driver and local guide for the pick-up and drop-off, and the route was designed to minimise the burden on the children.
The weather was fine at Machu Picchu and we were able to see the best scenery.
Thanks to you, we had a comfortable trip, even though we had small children. I would like to come back to Peru again.

We compared it with other travel agencies, but the prices were relatively low and they were very good at incorporating the places we wanted to go into their plans, so we asked them to come.
They were quick to respond to unexpected events in the area, and I was able to travel with peace of mind.
In Cusco, we arranged a Japanese language guide to enjoy the cultural cityscape.
I climbed in Machu Picchu, and the person in charge recommended Mount Machu Picchu over Waina Picchu, and I did, but I had a great view.
Also, Rainbow Mountain and Lake Umantai were so beautiful!
It was a very enjoyable trip to Squid, riding a buggy and trekking through Squid Valley.
This is a recommended travel agency!

Since it is a private tour, we had people stop by various places, explain in detail, and take a lot of photos according to our wishes. The angle and location of taking the photo were also very controlled, which was great! After the tour, we ate together and got to know each other with Recommendations. Of course, the view of each destination was amazing. I also wanted to talk to you about going to another country!

I was worried because it was my first trip to Peru alone, but they were quick to deal with any trouble and were very helpful. Also, as soon as I asked him what he didn't know, he replied, so I was able to travel without any trouble.

I was very happy to be able to visit Machu Picchu ruins, which I had long wanted. The sight of the yearning I was seeing in the photos actually spread before my eyes, and I was simply moved beyond words. With our tour Guide, we were able to take a leisurely walk around the ruins while being explained. I read related books and Guide books to gain prior knowledge about the Machu Picchu ruins and the Incas before the trip, so I could better understand the tour Guide's explanations. We Recommendation that you prepare ahead of time so that you can have a fulfilling and valuable time.
The view from the train to Machu Picchu is also inspiring. The view of the Urbamba River and the high peaks is very beautiful. The view to the left of the direction of travel is particularly impressive, but the large train window means you can enjoy the view from the train window from any seat.

Organization of the trip and communication was excellent. Machu Picchu itself, was busy, but amazing. Definitely a bucket list destination.
