It was my first and best yoga session facing the sea, breathing fresh air, relaxing with the sound of the sea, disconnecting from the outside world and recollecting with your spiritual Self. The teacher guide Patty, the best, very professional and charismatic. Highly recommended.

If you fancy taking some time for yourself and practice yoga with a very experienced teacher, I highly recommend their class.
The session was very well structured, the guidance was perfect and I even got to try out new yoga postures. Practicing yoga whilst overlooking the ocean was yet another highlight.

Lovely morning yoga with a view and sea breeze. Perfect pace and level for those who have done a bit of yoga before but also would be enjoyable for beginners. Thank you Patricia, if back in Lima I would love to come along again

Das morgendliche Yoga mit Pati war einfach hervorragend! Der Ablauf unser Session war gut durchdacht und strukturiert. Man merkt direkt Pati ist ein Profi! Leichtes Warm Up,Hauptteil und abschließend Entspannung mit einer kleinen Surprise am Ende ! Danke 🙏🏻

The Yoga class took place very early in the morning, so we could see the sunrise. It was incredible - especially after a long flight - and the teacher was super nice :)
