A fantastic experience! I went by myself expecting to be in a group but was the only one. It was such fun! The food and drink was fantastic and I learned a lot. Def recommend. Come hungry because it’s a lot of food!

Raphael shared his love of Peruvian culture and food. This was an engaging cooking class with flavorful food and drink. This was a perfect way to spend a few hours on our first day in Lima. Don’t hesitate to signup. It is a hidden gem.

We had a great time with Raphael. He carefully explained everything we were doing and the relevance to Peruvian culture. We assembled the food under his guidance and learned a lot in the process.
When we finished we had created a great meal that was very representative of Peruvian cuisine.
He takes care of everything!!! And don’t worry about the water, ice, etc. it’s all filtered.

We had an amazing time! The food was excellent, and the instruction was excellent as well. Starting with the pisco of sours is the way to go. Therefore, we had Pisco sour throughout our entire meal. I can’t believe how easy the recipes are to make. I always felt like I needed to come back to Peru just to eat. Now I can eat at home with the same quality.I would highly recommend. We were so full after leaving, don’t eat before you come lol.

Food was amazing. Instructions were very accurate and extremely descriptive. Would definitely come again 10/10. Bring all your friends. Definitely come on an empty stomach. 4 course meal is not a joke.

Kicking it off by learning how to make pisco sours followed by 3 delicious and beautiful authentic courses, Chef Rafael blew away my expectations with this cooking class. He is very talented and knowledgeable showing us ways we could recreate these dishes back home. Everything was clean and inviting. Rafael was friendly and communicated very clearly in English for us.

Great instruction on Peruvian food. The end result was delicious! Better than we had in the restaurant. We recommend Chef Rafael for a wonderful cooking class experience.

Rafael the Chef was amazing. He presented us with authentic Peruvian gourmet dishes that were beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend this experience for food lovers of authentic fresh food prepared by an excellent chef. Thank you Rafael for a memorable experience!!!
