I had a wonderful time learning how to make alfajores with Stephanie. Cooking was done in her apartment and her small but well equipped kitchen. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly (as was her dog!)I learned how to make two types Alfajores and another similar dessert. She also taught me how to prepare a proper cup of Maté (and Maté Dulce). I left the class with about 20 Alfajores to share with my friends/family who were impressed.. Great way to spend the afternoon! Thank you!

It was a very nice experience with Stephie, we made alfajores and tried the mate. Stephie is very well organized, she explained everything to us patiently and we actively participated.

We had a wonderful morning learning how to make alfajores de dulce de leche with Stephannie. She was very atentive and patient to teach us step by step how to make the most delicious alfajores. I highly recommend this experience.
