Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver was professional and pleasant. It was a short trip but he took time to tell us a little about Papeete. We had a lot of luggage that was handled efficiently.

I'm writing this from a travel agent's perspective because I think anyone else who is in my shoes would benefit from this. I was fortunate to come across Tahiti Private Services with Bertrand and Damien on a recent trip for a client that I planned.
Due to some unforeseen major disruptions with Air Tahiti, my clients called me as it happened asking for a solution that would still allow them to have the honeymoon they were promised.
I immediately got in touch with Bertrand at Tahiti Private Services through WhatsApp and within the hour, I was able to work with him to ensure that my clients would be picked up upon arrival in Tahiti and taken to their next destination along with some additional touring that allowed them to see a side of Tahiti that they otherwise would not have.
My clients were in touch with me the whole time and let me know how smooth the process was with the pickup was and how efficiently Bertrand handled the whole situation.
I cannot stress the importance of having a tour guide/vendor that communicates effectively and delivers a consistent stellar service.
I plan on using Bertrand and Damien for all my future trips. Thank you both for your service.
