Luis is very smart, helpful & charming. He loves his paradise and loves to invite us and open it to the world. If you book a tour [and I and I warmly recommend it to you ;) ] you will be jumped into this wonderful place on earth as much as you want…you wont get wet if you dont like (but…)…you will never regret & forget ♥
We do 2 tours with Luis: the north- and south tour. He has a good hand to make it indiviual on our wishes. His english is perfectly. It seems that he knows everybody and he nearly like everybody and always see the good features of people. He promotes his locals for example learning english or explain their Roja in english 😊 and if anything sucks, he says so…😊 no paradise washing, no filter just pure fun & love

Muito obrigado meu caro pela sua apreciação, as críticas servem de lição.
Portanto é mais uma valia.

I did the southern tour and it was incredibly beautiful. We stopped at a few old Portuguese plantations, several beaches, a culinary school, a few small towns and driving through the national park in the south was amazing. I’d strongly recommend the lunch (Roca Sao Joao de Angolares) with tasting menu - a real highlight. Swimming alone at the southernmost beach was another true highlight. What a gem of a tropical paradise. The peaks in the southeast were also stunning and everything was so lush. My guide Hilario was kind, informative, respectful and great company. A good driver on the mostly decent roads.

Visiting the islet of Rolas is done quickly (unless you want to explore the south of the island). The highlight of the visit and the monument on the equator. Meals taken on the beach (organized by our guide meeting at the Praia Inhame hotel) very good and at a fair price. Count on €65 per day for 5 (including three children).
Otherwise the place is magnificent: white sand beach surrounded by black rocks all under palm trees.
A change of scenery guaranteed!

We spent 7 days with Luis in São Tomé and it was a spectacular experience.
Luis is a São Tomense with heart and soul who loves his country and his roots.
If Luis hadn't accompanied us, we would hardly have gotten to know São Tomé so well.
In addition to the more touristy places, it provided us with truly genuine experiences of São Tomenses life and customs.
Well done!

Luis is a great guide and gave me a great insight into his island, Sao Tome, on two tours to the south and then to the north and west - brilliant!

O Luís é um guia extraordinário, inteligente e de máxima confiança, profundo conhecedor do território e da história. Além de nos ter mostrado tudo o que queríamos ver, ainda nos inseriu na comunidade. Levou-nos a casas de locais, a restaurantes locais e colocou-nos assim em contacto direto com as pessoas e com a sua realidade. Sempre bem disposto e com um ritmo leve leve que caracteriza São Tomé e Príncipe. Fizemos o Norte e também o Sul com o Ilhéu das Rolas. Podia ser melhor? Sim podia, se tivéssemos mais dias na ilha, porque da parte do Luís foi tudo absolutamente impecável. Adorámos!

We really enjoyed our full day tour with Miguel. He is so informative of the history and culture of San Tome and speaks English. He tailored our tour to our interests and needs and has a great sense of humour. He is so professional and flexible and provided amazing customer service. We highly recommend Luis. You will not regret it.

The trip exceeded all my expectations. The people we’ve met were kind, welcoming and open, but also the nature is breathtaking. This excellent experience is mainly because of Luis. Luis is an amazing person who is super interested in the people that joined his tour, he is kind and very positive. He is always open for a deep conversation or just some simple chit chat. Luis is without any doubt the best guide I ever had, and made this trip to São Tomé an unforgettable experience.

Luis is a very friendly guy who always ensures you feel comfortable, flexibly adjusts to your requests and the situation out there. We loved our trip to the southern part of Sao Tome including the Rolas Island, where we enjoyed Luis' skillful guide from morning to evening. Also there were opportunities to try local snacks and palm wine on the road, as well as savory fish meal at an unforgettably scenic restaurant. Thank you and take care, Luis!
