Hello, Thanks for your review but we consider it biased because: 1. We cannot control the covid requirements and we inform about them as they roll out; 2. The people who miss the bus are most of the times either late or waiting on the other side of the Cathedral as they cannot see the bus; 3. We offered you a walking tour on us which is times more expensive than the bus. You rejected that but you wrote a bad review. That's really bad of you and not matter you are a customer we cannot save it as we went the extra mile. All the best, Hristo
