Gabriel was an outstanding guide. Tour exceeded our expectations. Gabriel’s English language skills were excellent. We took the private tour (2 people) and everything was fantastic! Adrian our guide provided a very professional and wonderful experience. Our pick up was on time and we driven in very clean van. The tour provided admission to the two castles with no waiting in lines and guided information along the way from Adrian. We also received a walking tour in Brasov. Snack and food suggestions were also given and did not disappoint. Time was also given to take photos and explore on our own. This is a must do for unforgettable memories!

We had such a wonderful time on this tour! Our tour guide and driver Alin is very knowledgeable and made our experience great! My husband and I went on this private tour at the end of July 2022.
We were able to see Peles Castle, Brasov, and Bran castle at our own pace and with plenty of free time to enjoy shopping and local cuisine. From the beautiful scenic drive through the Carpathian Mountains to the beautiful medieval town of Brasov, it was an amazing experience.
We definitely recommended this tour, and this tour company! Very professional and friendly!

Ich habe diese Tagestour über getyourticket für den 15.06.2022 gebucht.
Die Tour sollte von "Eastern European Experience" durchgeführt werden.
Laut Reiseangebot sollte ich an meinem Hotel in Bukarest abgeholt werden.
Doch leider WARTETE ICH morgenss von 7.15 bis 7.45 VERGEBLICH.
Angeblich hätte ich morgens 30 Minuten zu einem Sammelpunkt laufen sollen. Aber getyourticket hatte nach Rückfrage mitgeteilt dass ich am Hotel abgeholt werde. Der lokale Veranstalter war morgens auch nicht erreichbar.
D.h. der Reisevertrag wurde nicht erfüllt. Trotzdem habe ich mein Geld NICHT ZURÜCKBEKOMMEN. Eine Frechheit! Ich kann nur davor warnen !!!

Thank you very much for your review!
When you made the reservation on getyourguide it was clearly stated that we offer pickup only from centrally located hotels, hostels and accommodations. As I have explained to you several times, your location was not even close to the center and the pickup from that area it was not possible.
As you know, I have informed you about the pickup time and place one day prior to the tour. And I told you several times that we are not able to pickup you up from there by any circumstances and I have provided you with the pickup place for the tour and the time. I advised you that if you are not at the mentioned pickup point at the time mentioned, you will not be able to join the tour.
Please do know that threats like the ones that you have addressed to us are not a normal attitude especially as you were informed regarding the pickup point and it was not a hidden information.

We booked this trip through our hotel for approximately 85 euros. We met our guide Adrian at the Hilton in the old town and from the start he was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was 5 of us on the trip and he took the time to answer all our questions and give us plenty of free time when we needed it for photos and the toilet etc. I recommend having breakfast before you go/taking it with you and some water however there are plenty of opportunities for food and drinks. Adrian knows the best places for street food at Dracula’s castle and it was very well priced and so delicious. The trip is approximately 12 hours door to door but very worth it. So glad we saw these beautiful castles and the fabulous old town. 5* service as you get a bottle of water and magnets as a souvenir from the tour with this company. Thank you Adrian.

First time visiting Romania and this company made the experience easy to book, travel and see outside Bucharest.

I will be in Romania for a short 2 days in September 2019 and I'm looking to make the most of my time there. Your tour looks amazing and I just wanted to know if there are opportunities to stop and take photo's of the amazing scenery along the way.

When we booked this tour as a private opportunity the tour guide was fantastic and happy to stop as we requested for photos and to check out interesting things :)
There will be lots of photo opportunities at the planned stops as well.
