Great Guide with good humor, you heard the guide very well because we got a Bluetooth controlled headphones they made you could roam a little on the side without missing any information she gave.

Rodica, our tour guide took care of us sensationally well, Bran Castle & Peleş are crass mass tourism, Braşov was worth the trip.
If you want to see and experience a lot in a very short time (with traffic jam 13h..) with top price-performance ratio is the right place.
Best of all: small group (about 15 people) with very good headsets on the tours.
Rodica is happy to provide information on many background topics, perfect.

Awesome trip and tour guide. I learned a lot and also had a great day. it was a little too hot, but that is summer also pales castle has the worst line system I ever encountered, very badly organized. But the tour was great

We took a walk with the agency, which is generally good.
Always answered questions, via email, quickly. Passed guidance before the tours, and punctual form at the meeting point.
The tour itself was quite cool, the Guide also explained the stories of the places, tips where to eat and typical meals.
The problem we had was when to the bus, the air conditioning did not work, and still turned on the heater. This made traveling between cities rather uncomfortable. Considering that only the route from Brasov to Bucharest are 3h without traffic, and there have been departures between Bucharest and Peles Castle, Peles Castle to Bran, Bran to Brasov and Brasov to Bucharest.
We were not lucky in that regard.

Booking this Coach tour was an excellent idea. Trying to do it by train is much harder and much less convenient.
Our tour guide Narcis was great, knowledgeable and charismatic. We visited Peles castle first and got a good show around and some interesting facts about its history. What a stunning place.
Bran castle ( the reason we booked ) is as cynical a tourist trap as you'll ever find and clearly has as much to do with Dracula as does a jar of Nutella. You can find a Dracula Burger and drink in the pub where Dracula got drunk and buy Dracula fridge magnets etc. I can't think of a single good thing to say about the, ahem, "castle" itself. Bram Stocker it ain't!
We then went to Brasov city which was sooo pretty and then we had a lovely scenic journey back. It was a great day and I'm really glad that we did it. Thanks guys! :-)

nice and quick tour (not the road traffic) but it is good if you have only one day for visiting. Tour guide was good and doing everything optimized not wasting any time .

Description says that tour is for maximum 25 people (this was one of the main reasons why we booked it) but we were 37 on our tour.
It says that bus has A/C but it was not on and it was a very hot August day, when several passengers asked the guide to please turn it on he said they couldn’t cause the engine would hear up (so basically they advertise an excursion with A/C bus but it is not true).
The excursion itself is something I would not recommend at all - you queue for 1 hour to get into the castles and only stay half an hour inside. You only get roughly an hour in Brasov but including having lunch so almost no time to visit the village unless you skip lunch.
Apart from those 3 small and disappointing stops you spend 8-9 hours sitting in a bus without air conditioning, pretty much a wasted holiday day.
By far, one of the worst excursions we’ve been to.
The guide gave out heavily to other passengers when they were late coming back to the bus at the agreed time (fair enough), he didn’t even say sorry when the bus driver arrived 10 minutes later that the agreed time on a different stop.

Charles Castle + Dracula Castle.
The day itself beautiful, but a run and a line continues.
Our Guide, Maria, was a force.
Very nice and courteous. Really a character.
On the bus he tried to explain what we would see before visiting it in order to facilitate the flow of people inside the castle (and it turned out to be a smart move).
Charles Castle - Once we arrived I don't know how long we waited outside. We will have spent 3/4 of the time outside and 1/4 inside for the visit (which is still worth doing: very innovative as a structure for the years when they began to build it.)
Little time, almost non-existent, to make the STOP and eat in Brasov, before
see the castle of Dracula. Too bad, because it would have been nice to visit and maybe make some purchases.
Bran Castle (or Dracula Castle) - Bah.
Definitely beautiful from the outside: you can see why Stoker was fascinated. The interior is not the original, but has been re-furnished by the owners. It is a beautiful summer house, which has nothing of horror (except a plan set up for children with screens and soft lights).
!!! - in the price of the tour with Grey Line (what we did) are NOT included the tickets to the castles, so we paid those too.
(We had problems with the pickup point, since the day before we received an email in which it seemed that they had moved it and instead it was not so. Fortunately we went back in time and looked for the address reported earlier...)

Visto che tutti i tour dicono che i biglietti dei castelli sono a parte, vorrei sapere se ci dobbiamo arrangiare noi a comprarli sul posto o la guida raccoglie i soldi e c'è li da lei!
