We had an enlightening tour of Bucharest with Lucia. She had a wealth of information about the history of communist Romania. We walked to many historical sites and went inside two very special Churches. She packed so much information in our 2 1/2 hour walking tour. Good job Lucia!

Really great tour and definitely worth it…. Even if you are familiar with the city.

2.5hrs of walking around the old part of Bucharest - Alex our guide was informative, friendlly and knowledgeable - it was a lovely 5k walk in the sun when we went. You see a lot of different buildings and the different styles they were built to - worth the walk!

Lucia was pro active in making sure we knew where to meet and what to wear. Whilst on the tour, Lucia shared her knowledge, and I loved all the facts. Would recommend.

Went on a tour lead by Alex today. Really interesting, took us to many sites. Explained lots to us and answered any questions well. Pace was comfortable. Saw a huge amount of places. Very good vaule for money

An excellent introduction to the city taking us to parts we might not have thought to visit by ourselves. Guide very good at giving historical context and insights into life for Roumanians .

We took the morning tour on our second day in Bucharest. This was a very good idea. You immediately get a feel for the city. You get a better sense of direction and you look at the buildings around you with a different perspective. Especially if you know the stories behind it. The walk is doable. We had Alex as a guide, who did a great job. Very sympathetic man and speaks good English. As a recommendation, he gave another tip, to visit Ceaușescu's house. That is what we have done.
