I want to state in the beginning that I was asked to provide a feedback - and this is one of the cases when I'm happy to do so.
I've travelled Belgrade-Kopaonik-Belgrade in Feb'23 with my 4.5 yo daughter and we had an excellent trip - everything was perfect from the communication with the office to the actual drive.
The driver contacted me through WhatsApp, sent me pics of the car so I could see for myself how comfortable the journey will be and how much baggage will fit in the trunk, met us at the airport with the sign, carried our bags, provided WiFi, and during the trip proved himself to be a very careful and solicitous driver - which is very important when you are travelling with a child.
This is a no brainer for me, next time I won't even look for alternatives and use them again. If you want a fast, hassle-free, pleasant drive, you should do the same.

Помимо заказа на сайте, водитель непосредственно подтвердил заказ via whats app, рейс опоздал, водитель встретил, помог донести лыжи, быстро и аккуратно ночью довёз до Копаоника, машина в отличном состоянии, цена ниже той, что предлагают другие компании. Заплатив аванс в размере 50%, договорились об обратном трансфере. Рекомендую.

I was traveling with my daughter (10) from Belgrade airport to Kopaonik. We were greeted timely and in a very kind manner. The car was spotlessly clean and the drive an absolute pleasure.
I have used other taxi services before, but I will not be changing from now on.
We were also picked up at Kopaonik and driven back to Belgrade. Our driver was in Kopaonik 45 minutes ahead of time so that he can get sufficient rest before he drives us. I am truly impressed!
