What a wonderful day trip! Enjoyed the entire tour in Spanish. Lots of history and great information. The guide also spoke English so anytime I didn’t understand he would translate. We stopped to eat at a place on Lago Coatepeque to have lunch and enjoy the view. Also enjoyed el Cerro Verde! Amazing trees and views that I will always remember. Most of I felt safe and in good company. I recommend!!!! It is a full day so bring some snacks and water I❤️ El Salvador

Salvadorean Tours seems like an excellent company and Eduardo did a great job as guide. They provided a comfortable, spacious AC van and driver along with the guide. This tour covers a lot and is fascinating but do note that it is a very long day, about 11 hours for the one I attended. I would suggest to possibly shorten the time in the museum parts of the Mayan sites and let people look around on their own for 5-10 minutes inside to get a little background and read the displays, then focus more on the sites themselves, which are fascinating. And the volcano and hike around the crater in the national park was certainly the highlight, well worth the trip. Eduardo is knowledgeable, fun and energetic and really cares about his work. I am happy I selected Salvadorean Tours to help me make the most of my short visit to El Salvador.

This tour is very complete and gives you a taste of amazing nature, culture, and history!! It is amazing and I highly recommend it.

This was a great well rounded tour of nature and history that was a great option for anyone with limited time in El Salvador. We got to see some of the beautiful nature and also got a great tour of the Mayan ruins. Our guide Benjamin and driver Omar were very nice and Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable. Overall was great!

Well worth the tour. My tour guide, Benjamin Franklin, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and passionate about El Salvador.
The visit to volcanoes, lake and Mayan ruins was fun. I highly recommend the tour. El Salvador tourism industry is picking up, so it is worth to be among the first ones.

Phenomenal trip. My wife and I booked this tour and it was amazing! Eduardo was a fantastic guide; funny, knowledgeable, informative just a pleasure to be around. There were 7 of us total on the tour, Emily from America, Pedro and Maria from Dallas, Leo and his family from Costa Rica and my wife and me and after the 10 hours together, we were long lost friends. This is a must do tour while in El Salvador!

Por la mañana un acercamiento a los orígenes prehispánicos del país y por la tarde un recorrido por algunas de sus bellezas naturales. La guía de Eduardo fue muy profesional y amena. Además, es un gran conocedor de la flora y la orografía local, por lo que se aprende mucho con él.

If I'm understanding your question correctly? There is no cruise option as these locations can only be seen and reached by car and/or land travel.
Could we join thIs Combo tour from and end at the airport? We have the whole day layover in El Salvador the ETA 7:25am and ETD 8:00 pm. Thank you.

Hello Katherine, when I did the tour it was private because it was off season. You should ask directly to Salvadorean Tours.
For this combo tour, can we picked up from a residence rather than a hotel? We will be staying in our relative's home. Thank you.

It depends of time when you go. We was on winter time so it was just us two. But it is super, because you will have private tour for the same price and all day depends of you!:)
