Excellent services from the pan amazing staff (especially Federico) the one assign in Dreams Playa B

Zero tour guides -By far the worst tour company ever
We had next to zero guidance here , except for ten minutes on the boat . Basically we were just driven from one point to the other , no one spoke a word of English , zero explanation of anything . Never ever again . Could have don’t it on our own without having a tour guide tell at us in Spanish to hurry up , after not even understanding a thing we were seeing .

Hi there, We´re sorry to hear about your experience. I wish you´d given the feedback while in the hotel so we could know who of the guides you´ve had with you as you haven´t mention the guide´s name here either. I could search for it if I´d know your name also. On the 26th of January we had a huge group in Gamboa with one of the oldest, best and most certainly one of the most talkative (in English also as he grew up in the Canal zone) guides doing the excurcion. In Gamboa our guides aren´t doing the explinations, but the specialist guides in Gamboa, like on the boat. If they were missing it, I would need to know the date to reclaim this with them. Fantastic Tour!

This tour was the perfect way to experience the Gamboa rainforest in all its beauty! This tour is perfect for families or solo travelers. We started off on a boat tour of the Panama canal past ships traversing the canal to visit multiple islands with monkeys - we saw three different species! Then we took the aerial tram through the rainforest and had some breathtaking views of the Chagres river followed by a trip to the sloth sanctuary and butterfly conservatory before lunch on the river where we saw turtles and caiman!

Panama countryside
Wanted to see the countryside and this tour did the trick. We got to experience a boat ride to see the monkeys and we were lucky to see three different species. We took the tram up in the rainforest and then we walk up the tower above the trees for a exciting view!! Children and adults would enjoy this tour.

Guide Ricardo was one of the best. However, we were picked 2.5 hours before as the first and dropped 2.5 after as last. Spent hours in pick up and drop. I wish they had 203 small vans or reversed the route while dropping back. Very unfair to us to spend 5 hours.

Excellent way to spend a day in Panama
I booked a day in advance and was lucky. It was my best day in Panama during a business trip. The pick up was on time. Robert, the guide, is very nice and knowledgeable. We were lucky with the weather as it only rained for a little while. The boat tour along the Panama Canal/Chagres river, passing the huge ships, was exciting. The boat captain and guide were amazing. They found us a sloth up in the trees. We also saw howlers, tamarins and capuchins. I was disappointed to see another boat where people were encouraged to feed the capuchins by hand, which made the monkeys totally fearless of approaching humans. The air tram ride to the forest canopy was beautiful, although we saw no wildlife there. Climbing the tower seemed like a challenge but we made it and it was worth it. The bonus was finding a beautiful frog there. The view was spectacular. We then went to see butterflies, frogs and the sloth sanctuaries. There were also gorgeous orchids. It was a beautiful experience. Finally lunch. We were hungry and the buffet at Don Caiman was just what we needed. The food was quite good, the desserts fantastic, and the view was beautiful. I would do this tour again.

Panamazing at Dreams Playa Bonita

The staff at Panamazing were fantastic. We met Shevonnie at Dreams Playa Bonita, and she helped my friend and I plan two tours for our 25 person group. She was so patient and very accommodating. The tour guides, Roberto, and Sierra were just wonderful. Very knowledgeable, and we had a great time with them. Joseph was also very kind to us as he helped us arrange a quick tour before our group made our way to the airport. The Panamazing team helped make our trip wonderful

This tour is a must!!

I would definitely say this tour is the absolute best one I’ve done in Panama! During my vacation here, I went on tours with 4 different Panama tour companies and this one is by far the best around!! This is one of the more pricey tours but it’s worth every dollar. The boat ride was awesome and we had a great tour guide who was very informative but funny and personable as well. We saw lots of wildlife and the boat captain even made sure we got the chance to hear the howler monkeys. The aerial tram gave us a great view of the rainforest and we were lucky enough to have our tour guide ride in the same tram as us so she taught us about some of the trees on our way up. The observation tower gave us a great view over the river and rainforest and was easy to climb since it consisted of ramps instead of stairs. After that we got a guided walk through the frog exhibits, the butterfly garden and the sloth sanctuary. The exhibits were pretty cool and we got some great butterfly pictures! The sloths are adorable and there is someone standing in the exhibit who tells you all about them while you watch them get fed some flowers. At the end we got some time to stop in the gift shop. We had lunch at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort which had amazing views. We were lucky to have lunch during a storm and got to watch the storm roll in over the river with the mist in the background. The lunch is 5 star with a large buffet and fancy desserts! You definitely won’t leave hungry! Our guide then took us out to get some pictures of the view from the restaurant deck. Such a great tour and I would highly recommend!! So worth the money!
