Followed instructions upon arrival. Did not see anyone with a sign with my name. Went to P5 Row C as instructed and no one there. Ended up taking a taxi.
Received a call from the company 1hr later (30 min after arriving at my hotel in Panama City) looking for me. They must have been late.

The call received was trying to reach you after the driver was 2 hours waiting for you outside, Waiting Area was relocated to lane C which is 3 lanes beyond door P5 so you should see the sign if you went there.

I am a Travel Agent and I booked Safe Transportation for my Clients Pirvate Airport Transfers and Private Panama Canal and City Tour. My clients said they felt like celebrities and Luis and Cesar were excellent host and gave lots of history about Panama. All Safety guidelines were practiced
I booked the tour last minute, and despite it being outside of the time quoted on the Safe Transportation Website, Cesar was very accomodating and booked my clients, outside of the normal tour time, and showed them a great time.
Despite the Miraflores Visitor Center at the Panama Canal being closed, due to the pandemic, Cesar made sure that my clients got a great view of the Panama Canal, and had some local food as well during the city tour.

Dubité de la veracidad de tantos excelentes comentarios, pero teniendo en cuenta justamente la cantidad, decidí confiar y no me equivoqué. Cumplieron con todo lo que se había pactado y aprovechamos para realizar otras dos excursiones con ellos que a pesar del poco tiempo de estadía, su predisposición fue total.
