La noche anterior a la salida avisaron que se cambiaba el horario, arruinando todos mis planes. Si hubieran dado la debida anticipación, podría haber cancelado el tour y buscar otro. Justamente elegí este tour por el horario, a pesar de haber otros al mismo precio con mucho mejor calificación.
El tour es aceptable. Tuve suerte de quedar al lado de otro tour y escuchar a su guía y con eso compensé lo que no aportaba el nuestro. Hasta respondió mis preguntas!
Luego de esto y de mi decepción, desde la empresa me acosaron por WhatsApp para tratar de que cambie de opinión y no deje un mal review (tuve que bloquearlos).

Buenas tardes, queremos transmitir nuestras disculpas ante su experiencia con nosotros, pero nosotros no cambiamos el horario del tour, nosotros le notificamos que le recogeríamos con tiempo de anticipación, el tour comienza a las 8am en las Exclusas de Miraflores, y le expliqué claramente que le recogíamos a las 7:15 am para poder recoger a los otros clientes y llegar a tiempo para ver el Transito de los buques por el canal, como le mencioné en nuestra conversación por WhatsApp, en nuestra experiencia indica que se le recogerá 30 minutos antes de la hora. Pero no puedo recoger a todos los pasajeros al mismo tiempo, recuerde que se les recoge en cada hotel. Y por lo conversado con nuestro Guía Mario usted nunca le hizo saber de que tenía algún otro compromiso y el tour se termino cubriendo nuestro recorrido a cabalidad.

Two major features of the tour were canal lock visit and walking tour around the old part of the city. All very interesting. Our guide, Erich was excellent.

Well let's start with the customer service which was awesome. I had a bit of a connection problem with flights and they were swift to respond and help me out with making sure that I wasn't going to miss the tour. Thank you very much for that.
The guide Tony promptly picked me up at my hotel and was friendly and cheerful as we drove around getting the rest of the group, some of whom were less prompt. He gave us useful and interesting information throughout the entire drive and answered all our questions. He switched seamlessly between English and Spanish when giving this information and while my Spanish isn't great it is sufficient to know that he gave the same info in both languages.
We arrived at the Miraflores Locks with good time to see the ships passing through.
The Amador Causeway was less thrilling but had the bathrooms which were nice.
The tour of the Casco Viejo was well done and informative and he was very patient with the stragglers and wanderers.
In all, I would totally recommend this tour.

The shopping was a little boring....wish we had done the city tour instead. The canal was very interesting we saw propane tanker travelling through it. Would recommend the canal experience for sure.

Tour guide Tony was great, very informative. Minor drawback was because of time we could only see one boat pass through the Canal so it was good that I went there on my own the day before.

Tony was a really great guide who took time to explain everything and was very patient with us. Would highly recommend this as a good way of experiencing the canal and the city.

Eric was a great guide who was happy to his culture and time all sights just right. We went back to the canal twice just to get the right timing.

Erick fue un maravilloso anfitrión, nos recogió a la hora en el aeropuerto (servicio que pueden solicitarle al momento de generar la reserva) y nos llevó a recorrer la hermosa ciudad de Panamá en nuestra escala de 10 hrs.

gracias Erick por hacer nuestro día muy especial. nuestros niños te llenaron de preguntas y con paciencia respondiste todo!!!😂 recomendado para familias pero también para grupos. desde el canal de panama hasta el casco viejo nos mostraste los lugares mas caracteristicos de la ciudad de panama. la degustación de café Geisha fue especial y nos animaste con tu compañía a almorzar en el Mercato de pescado. nuestros niños pasaron un fantástico día de historia y cultura. gracias

Excelente servicio.
Llegó Muy puntual a retirarnos , siempre muy amable, y nos explico muy bien la historia en cada lugar de los recorridos tanto en el canal como en la visita al casco antiguo.
