Spirit Nan was a charming guide who took us on a lovely walking tour of some Annapolis' ghostly homes. We learned about the ghosts' family histories and most recent sightings. It was an hour long, and we thoroughly enjoyed her storytelling, expertise, and friendliness.

I was running late from Baltimore. There was traffic incidences along the way and Beth was amazing by keeping in contact with me so I can catch up to the group even though she suggested for me to reach out to the site for a refund or to reschedule. I’m out of state and chose to just catch up. The group was small about 5 of us. It was the perfect size and the weather was a bit chilly switch kept the ambience of the tour. Beth was great and knew her history on the sites we visited. Definitely recommend.

Amazing tour guide! Bec was awesome; they were super knowledgeable, easy to understand and humorous. They answered all our questions, and were really excitable and animate in their speech. I loved the tour, and my friends from Florida, enjoyed it as well. They especially liked that they were able to see a city they’ve never visited.
I think it’s a great experience for anyone who wants to mix up their routine with something unique! I would def recommend this tour; especially if it’s with Bec!

This tour is what I imagine purgatory to be like. Most of the tour was spent on non-interesting bits of history about buildings and the ghost stories were short and few. For example, at the Bryce house, we spent 90% of the time there talking about renovations, the history of the family, and the indentured servants/their religion. Eventually the guide mentioned a body was found in the walls, then quickly moved on. Other moments that lost us were finding “orbs” that were just reflections of the street lamps, a story about an old building making noises sometimes, and not being able to hear the guide over bar goers. The storytelling was lacking and although the guide’s passion for the topics was clear, it did not translate well for a ghost tour. Customer service with this company however was excellent and they were super responsive and helpful. You have lots of options on how to spend your evening and I would suggest doing something else.

The stops and history were good but it was difficult to hear our guide at times, and compared to the other guides with the same company, the others were dressed up and more played the role of a ghost tour guide, ours did not do that. She was nice and knowledgeable about the content.

The tour was a good mix of history and sightseeing. The presenter seemed rather new and will get better with practice and leaning into the roles of storyteller, entertainer, and knowledge provider. Overall we enjoyed the tour.

Shelby was a great guide! Combining the history of the locations (along with their macabre past) was fascinating. Even managed to capture a couple ghost orbs on my phone camera at the John Brice II house
