Hi there Sherri, As mentioned you booked the incorrect date and needed travel within minutes of calling us when we had you scheduled for the following day. Our cancellation policy is very clear as we reserved seats for your party of five and must pay our provider for your spaces. We cannot just magically have a van available with a minute’s notice when you made an error. If we were able to refund you we would have but we explained why we weren’t able to. Giving us a poor review due to an error YOU made when we were very communicative with you with regards to why we couldn’t fulfill your requests may make you feel a little better for your error but just hurts small businesses like ours. Next time, best to double check you book correctly and understand the refund policies.
