Very unprofessional. They cancelled last minute with no explanation after previously confirming and charging my credit card. This last minute cancellation did not allow us time to book another tour. I would strongly recommend avoiding this operator if you want to avoid disappointment last minute.

It was great, our tour guide was super nice and thoughtful as I still had an injury on my knee but the view was amazing but It was super windy as we got up while waiting for our pizza. Our pizza was amazing as well!

What a wonderful experience! We were a group of four who went with a private guide. Marcos was so nice and picked us up on time and right where we needed to be (from our Airbnb), so transportation to Pacaya was very smooth and easy! There, our guide was awesome! He was so kind and good-humored. The best part was eating delicious pizza at the top of our hike. The hike was very manageable and absolutely beautiful, but I might recommend going earlier to avoid warmer temps and more people. Even though the drive is a bit long, the trip to Pacaya was definitely worth it!

My experience started with a wonderful Uber driver who was punctual and friendly. Once at base camp, our tour guide Faliso arrived and the trek began. Locals rented me a walking stick for Q10 and it made all the difference. As I huffed and puffed my way up the uneven gravel-like path, I was tempted to give up and use the horse that was offered for Q100, but my guide was encouraging and offered frequent breaks. Moving at my own pace, I made it to the top and the views were worth the effort. My guide allowed me to stay and explore before heading back down to the bottom where my driver was waiting.
Overall this early morning workout was worth the sweat and I highly recommend it. Especially since Pacaya is said to be the easiest of climbable volcanoes in Guatemala.

Super excursion solo :) bonne communication avec l'agence de voyage. Un chauffeur est venu me chercher à mon hôtel et m'y a ramené au retour. Il m'a même demandé où je voulais être déposé. Le tour en lui même était génial . Le guide luis était top. Il m'a explique la balade à effectuer, on a pu voir de la lave en plein jour :) si c'était a refaire, je le referais de nuit pour admirer le jolies couleurs de la lave en fusion
