This tour is advertised as a private, 6-hour shore excursion and the description implies that a private tour guide accompanies you for the full 6-hour period. Nowhere does it state otherwise. Buyer beware: this is not the case!
In reality, our guide was with us for just 48 minutes. We were picked up by a driver at the cruise port and dropped at Old Town where we met our guide. It was then that we did a brief walking tour of Old Town. At the end of the walking tour, the guide handed us our cable car tickets and showed us how to get there, and then to our surprise, she was on her way. We rode the cable car and toured the summit of Mt Srd on our own (took about an hour including the cable car ride) and then went and got lunch on our own (also took about an hour). When we were done, we called the driver and he came to drive us back.
In total, we were on the tour for about 3.5 hours (not including approx. 40mins of travel time between Old Town and the Cruise Port) and only 48 minutes of it was with the tour guide... a far cry from "6 hours."
My advice: save the money and do this port on your own. You can purchase cable car tickets for ~$20-25 USD each and take a taxi to/from the cruise port for ~$30 USD. There is no fee to enter and tour Old Town.
