Lovely day visit to the Island/City of Korcula. Lots to look around and plenty of restaurants/bars on the City walls. Lots of boats coming and going. Lots of people swimming in the harbour, one guy snorkel fishing. Waters absolutely a clear azure blue.
We were having a drink later in the week by the car ferry to Korcula at Orbic and about 40 Ducati motorbikes turned up so Island good for motorbikes as well.

Le recensioni positive ci hanno invogliato a prenotare questo tour. Le aspettative sono state deluse in quanto i tempi non sono stati minimamente rispettati, nella guida si parla di 10 ore come durata del tour mentre noi siamo partiti alle 7:40 da Dubrovnik e siamo rientrati alle 16. Molto tempo è stato detratto dalla visita dei vari luoghi di interesse:
La prima fermata, Ston, è stata una sosta brevissima di 30/40 minuti. Ci hanno fatto entrare alle saline senza dare un minimo di informazioni a riguardo, lo staff all'ingresso ci ha detto "andate a farvi un giro fino al capannone", arrivati lì alcuni signori ci hanno detto che non avremmo visto nulla perché quel giorno non avevano molto da fare, se fossimo venuti il giorno dopo saremmo stati più fortunati, nel frattempo il biglietto d'ingresso lo avevamo pagato, completamente inutile. La seconda tappa era Korčula, le recensioni parlano di una sosta di 3 ore, a noi sono state date solo 2 ore e 15 minuti, è stata una corsa contro il tempo totalmente illegittima. Quando siamo arrivati al luogo della degustazione infatti sul tavolo era riportata la scritta "reserved for 2 people (Lea travel) at 15:30". Noi siamo arrivati alle 13:40, allora i conti non tornano, non vi pare? Speravamo di poterci rilassare un po' almeno sorseggiando i vini, invece all'ultimo assaggio l'autista è venuto a controllare e mettere fretta, quando siamo usciti aveva già il motore dell'auto acceso, era palese che volesse tornare il prima possibile. Siamo molto delusi, doveva essere una giornata rilassante invece abbiamo passato più tempo sull'auto che a visitare posti, mi sento di sconsigliare questo tour, potete spendere i vostri soldi in modo migliore, se vi interessa la degustazione di vini tenete presente che in questo tour è offerta quella base presso la Matusko Winery, con 4 vini (uno bianco, due rossi e uno da dessert), che vi costerebbe circa 7 euro se andaste per conto vostro.

We did several things with Lea Travel, Korčula was our favorite. We booked with Mirso in Lapad and our guide was Kreso. We visited arboretum in Trsteno, had oysters in Ston went to a winery and went on a beach on Korcula. Pretty packed day for a decent price. Thank you guys!

I believe this is the tour we took though “Sombrero tours”. Korcula is excellent and very much worth the visit. This particular Sombrero tour, we booked in the Old Port of Dubrovnik. The booking was simple enough, and the agent was very helpful. He told us where and when to meet our ride 2 days later. We got to the site just before the appointed time, but had a hard time identifying where our ride was. After a stressful half hour, waiting for the driver to identify us, we finally got on the right transfer to a bus a few miles away (we didn’t even realize we’d be on a big bus). Our guide, Hanna, was not what we’d hoped for. She was fairly low key, and seemed to just keep repeating rather basic, obvious facts. The stop at Ston was quick, and we would have explored more, if we had more time, but our goal was Korcula. Once off the ferry, Hanna gave us a quick overview of the town, and set us off on our own. We loved this small city (like a quieter, mini Dubrovnik), and had a decent amount of time here. The vineyard on the way back was a bit disappointing. We’d hoped for winetasting in the great outdoors on this beautiful day, but ended up in the wine cellar with a lackluster guide. The drive back was beautiful, as we returned along the coastal route. This was a great day all in all. The low rating is for the quality of this particular tour.

Korcula ist eine wunderschöne, malerisch gelegene und ruhige Insel. Alleine die Fahrt dorthin lohnt, fantastische Landschaften. Ein schöner Abschluss war die Weinprobe. Marco war ein sehr kompetenter, netter und relaxter Tourguide.

Such an awesome day! Everyone on our tour was great and we all got along so well. Korčula was so beautiful and peaceful, a very cute island. We also had a wine tasting on our way home, where I couldn’t help myself but buy a bottle for later! Our tour guide Marko was incredible! Cannot thank him enough for his knowledge, humour and great driving skills. Definitely request Marko as your driver/guide! Overall, it was a very relaxing and fun day, thank you again Marko!

What a beautiful country. Clear seas stunning coastline. I travelled with my husband and in laws and as I had chosen the hotel and location, things could have been very awkward. We stayed at Port 9 Hotel on the island of corcula. Facilties were excellent, staff attentive, beds very comfortable. Food was very good drinks were more expensive than I thought. I would recommend hiring a boat for the day and do some island hopping, although water taxis are frequent and cheap. Corcula is a beautiful town with plentiful bars and restaurants.

Our private tour to Ston and Korčula and was very authentic and personal. We enjoyed the excellent wine tasting at Matuško Winery and our wine guide was very knowledgeable. Our driver, Marko, ensured that we had an excellent day touring around with great recommendations. He was fun and very personable. Highly recommend this driver and this tour.

Realmente pensamos que al contratar este tour podríamos pasar un lindo día con amigos pero no resultó lo que nos habían vendido como excursión
El conductor no se hablaba con el guía ( se notaba que tenía una mala relación)
Ya empezamos mal. La primera parada era en Ston donde paramos 35 /40 minutos y no sabemos para que x qué hay 3 tiendas y 4 bares o café pero nada más x que la muralla la vez desde abajo?
Luego arribamos a una playa para tomar el barco y llegamos y esa lancha no nos quiso llevar x que era en otro lado y tuvimos que caminar en el sol ? No se supone que debía estar organizado?
Luego vimos cómo el de la embarcación cargaba al guía?
Además este nos dijo que se quedaba 1 HS con nosotros recorriendo y no fue así, se fue a tomar sol?
Obvio que en dos horas no se puede recorrer nada
Un desastre peor fue subir a la Combi luego de que esta haya estado estacionado en el sol y el estupido conductor dejo las ventanas abiertas?
Una locura!!!

No va a quedar así vamos a iniciar una gestión para evitar esto a otros Turistas
