I was on the fence about going on a full day trip but really happy I did. I booked 4 days in Dubrovnik before realizing how small the Old Town is and there was nothing really around it. While the thought of riding in a bus for ~4+ hours might seem off putting on vacation, Maria was such an excellent guide and taught us a lot about the history of the countries we were in and the towns we were passing. The waterfalls were beautiful and 1 hour 15 minutes was enough. I was afraid that Mostar would just be a tourist trap but while it has elements of that, it really is a cute city and it's nice to eat some ćevapi, drink some beer, and side by the river, watching people on the bridge. If you're going someone you love, it's great to just look out the window and have the type of conversation you have when you're not in a rush.
Overall, since Dubrovnik is kinda like Disneyland, it was refreshing to go through different towns/another country to see what life is actually like in the Balkans. Totally recommended if you have an extra day.
We were picked up in front of the Hotel Excelsior at 6:35am and dropped off at about 6:30pm.

I booked this experience through a third party vendor as I wanted to go and see Kravica Waterfalls.
Before we got there, we arrived in Mostar which was a pleasant surprise. The old town is such a gorgeous bit of history and our tour guide was funny and really knowledgeable.
We then went on to Kravica which was breathtaking. I’ve never seen waterfalls in the flesh before but the ability to actually swim in the lake in front was amazing.
The reasons this hasn’t got a perfect score though is:
- We weren’t warned about the high need for cash. We were warned we’d have to pay the entrance into the waterfalls by cash, but not about the city tax etc. Its no biggy, but we didn’t take much cash out with us as everywhere else has been taking card. (This could’ve been the fault of our third-party vendor however)
- OUR BUS DRIVER PLAYED THE SAME CD OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR THE WHOLE 6 HOURS WE WERE ON THE BUS. Which normally can be okay, but when the CD is only 7 songs max, it can get a little jarring.

Great trip, driver and guide were both excellent. Waterfalls are spectacular and Mostar is beautiful. Only down side which is nobodies fault, it is a long day with a lot of time spent on the mini coach, but convenience stops were well planned so comfortable and manageable.

A really worthwhile way to spend your time when you visit Dubrovnik - the waterfalls were so beautiful and refreshing to take a dip in and Mostar was a fascinating place to visit. Especially loved the authenticity of the place, the friendliness of the locals and hearing about the history of Mostar, Dubrovnik and Bosnia and Herzegovina from Maria the guide. 10/10, totally worth the early rise..!

The drive does take a while and getting up so early on vacation is a bummer, but this trip was worth it. The waterfalls are beautiful. You could spend a day here swimming and hanging out, but I felt like the short stopover was enough given how many people were there to see the falls. The town was a fantastic visit and a nice contrast to the seaside cities we were visiting in Croatia and Montenegro. Maria was the highlight for us. She’s an excellent tour guide. We didn’t expect to learn so much about the area and people while on the bus. She also kept us on track so that we didn’t have delays. If you get her, listen to her food recommendations while in Mostar. She doesn’t give a specific restaurant, but rather foods to look for to get a real taste of the area. Our guide in Mostar was also excellent.

We took a tour to Mostar with the stop at the waterfall. Was really nice trip our house Maria was telling such an interesting stories during the ride.
Will definitely recommend to take a smaller bus to be faster at the border. The only thing please remember to take cash with you, you will have to pay in cash everywhere.

Our guide, I didn’t note down her name but I think it might be Maria, and our driver were brilliant. It is 2-3 hours on the bus each way, but our guide kept it entertaining with very interesting facts and stories. The falls, we’re incredible- we only wish we had some more time to enjoy them, we got just over an hour but understand why it is not longer because it is a long day overall, just fyi lots of steps to get down and back up. Mostar was fantastic and time there was perfect, our guide once we got there was hilarious and had us laughing the whole way, I think his name was Salem (sorry if this is not right!). Whilst the day itself is quite exhausting, it is completely worth it and excellent value. Highly recommend. Only tips are: is if you get travel sick, I would take some pills with you! Bring snacks/ water for the day as you don’t eat until 2pm ish, the mini van is worth the upgrade, and finally take cash especially if you want to buy things as a lot there was cash only.

Waterfall and Mostor tour. Minibus from Select Dubrovnik d.o.o was with broken / not working air conditioner. Only driver rest works. You have 1001 turns left right, up and down at heat 35 celsius in shadow and without conditioner. It was terrible journey. Strongly avoid Select Dubrovnik d.o.o They promised seats in front for our teenagers, but it was again fake. Waterfall and Mostor are beautiful. But the way is veri long and difficult.

Bussen kom til tiden og var ren og pæn. Meget velplanlagt dag og god tidsdisponering. Guiden gav mange gode informationer og delte også sine personlige erfaringer og holdninger, hvilket vi fandt meget positivt. God dag og kan absolut anbefales.

Despite initially having a negative perception of this firm as I was booked on the Mostar and Kravica waterfalls trip, but due to staying outside Dubrovnik in Mlini we were not close to the pickup point they had emailed me with of Victoija bus station, Dubrovnik.
Due to being slightly delayed because of needing to get more cash to pay for our taxi and a rude taxi driver declining to drive us back to Victorija station we missed our set pick up time of 6:30. I rang one number displayed on one of the emails and was received by a rather unhelpful person just saying I had called the wrong number and not giving me any direction who and what number/email was best to contact about trying to get on the bus.
However, I was impressed by Nino’s quick response to call me and didn’t hesitate to come personally to pick us up to another stop in town free of charge. Laura the guide was very knowledgeable of the local history and friendly too. Overall a great experience with them and found Nino dealt with the initial morning issue very effectively and did a good commercial gesture in helping us still go on the tour! He also gave us a lift again the evening to the nearest bus stop to go back to our hotel.

We would like to book the Mostar and Kravice waterfalls tour from Dubrovnik. It says the tour is 10 hours. We have a flight and need to be back to Dubrovnik by 18:00 which gives us an extra hour than specified but we cannot book if not absolutely sure we will return.
