Excellent Tours!
We did 2 tours with Marija, Dark Tales of the Old Town and Ghosts & Mysteries.
We really enjoyed both of these tours, Marija was really informative and made the tours really fun as well. These were 2 of the most interesting tours we ever done, they really gave a different look into the history of Dubrovnik.
We would do a tour with her again and recommend the tours to everyone.

Loved it

DBV After Dark……you won’t regret this spooky tour!

This past week I was lucky enough to take a ghost tour with Haunted Dubrovnik. I am a Flight Attendant and I will be sure to tell other crews about this tour. We only fly here seasonally, but I hope some of my colleagues will be able to take one of these tours, as well. Marija was a fantastic tour guide and I leaned in on every word she said. She offers three different tours on different nights, and I took the ”Ghosts and Mysteries” tour. There were only six of us, the small intimate group lending itself to the spooky atmosphere. There were dark, steep, and narrow stairways. There was a cemetery. There are very old, dark, crumbling buildings. Marija was adorned in black, leading us by lantern through the cobblestone streets. All contributed to the perfect recipe for a ghost tour. Around each and every corner, the air felt heavy with a presence lurking in the shadows. My next visit cannot come soon enough and I hope to take another of Marija’s tours. She truly has an outstanding gift for story telling, and I continue to think about our ethereal evening of dark and creepy tales. I am not sure TripAdvisor will let me link my blog, but if you find Phantom Memorandum, I wrote more about this tour and others. Thanks, Marija for being fantastic, knowledgeable, entertaining and fun!

Join the dark side for an alternate history lesson

Great tour highlighting the "alternate" side of Dubrovnik. Marija was very entertaining and showed us a side of the city many tourists will never see.

Schöner Abendspaziergang mit herzlicher Führerin
Es war ein wirklich schöner Abendspaziergang außerhalb der Stadtmauern. Unsere Führerin war sehr herzlich und authentisch, man merkt ihr an , dass sie liebt , was sie tut. Es war eine kleine Gruppe von 9 Leuten, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hat Stellen gezeigt bekommen, die man alleine nicht entdeckt hätte ! Absolut empfehlenswert! ! Vielen Dank Marija!

Marija is an excellent storyteller. Coming from Dubrovnik herself, her passion for telling the story of her city is clear. Marija is currently studying the history of the Adriatic which lends unique insights into the role Dubrovnik and its citizens played in regional politics throughout history, and the unfortunate demise many of them met.

Marija is a wonderfully personable lady who is sure to leave you feeling like a part of the city‘s history - a LIVING part that is 👻

An alternative to the usual walking tours.

This tour was a highlight of my stay in Croatia. Loved the fact it was outside of the city walls and got to explore areas I would not have seen. Fab story teller and was totally engaged the whole time. Would recommend.

Follow the light.

Marija is knowledgeable and creates an aura for a tour of the night. Highly recommend this one. Sadly for me I can't do the other tours. Marija let me join ghe your with only an hour notice. Her stories are interesting and there are more to tell. Marija is a great storyteller.
