Beautiful views! With each switchback on the trail we were treated to better and better views of the old city, culminating with a gorgeous sunset at the top. We walked down the hill a bit and had a wonderful charcuterie board of local meats and cheeses, fresh bread, and traditional sweets….paired with delicious local wine. The best part of the evening, though, was the conversation with Juraj, our fantastic tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and personable, and so easily shared his love for Dubrovnik with us! We are grateful to have learned so much from him.

We did a sunset hike with guide Yuri, whom we met on another excurusion from DU Outdoors (countryside bicycle ride). He took us all the way up to the mountain while chatting about Dubrovnik, himself en also some mutual interests. We visited the museum while Yuri told us the highlights (so you won't be lost in the museum wandering for hours). After that we saw some great views with wine and a snack. Everything was relaxed and easy going. For us it was definately a + that everything is flexible and can be customized, not the average touristic experience to what we are used to. I would recommend this tour to everyone who visits Dubrovnik!

Juraj is the best guide. He is also the owner of the company and we had the best time. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. Born and raised in Dubrovnik, he knows and has lived the history of the city and is thrilled to share it with you. I felt like it was an authentic experience with a local. The snacks and wine are local delights.

This was a really great experience. Hike was really good and comfortable and we were able to learn some history of Croatia and Dubrovnik whilst taking in the amazing views. The fort at the top was interesting to walk through and then being lead to a private viewing platform to enjoy the sunset away from bigger crowds was great. Topped off with wine and snacks at the end was also really nice. Yuri was also an excellent leader.

We (my husband and I) had a fantastic time on our hike up to the highest point in Dubrovnik. Teo was very personable and told us interesting facts about the people, history and culture of Croatia. We also visited a war fortress as part of the experience and saw some really incredible view points for the sunset. To top it off, we wound down the evening with a yummy charcuterie spread full of local delicacies and wine with Teo and Yuri. Great conversation, great views and incredible company! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

This hike was our favorite excursion in Dubrovnik!
The hike was a gentle climb up the hill surrounding Old Town. The views were breathtaking and our guide, Juraj, was a local who was full of knowledge and passion for his city.
The best part of the excursion was watching the sunset at the end with two more locals, Teo and Tomi who provided us with delicious local snacks and wine. Honestly, we could have stayed chatting for hours as these three were so interesting and funny. It was an experience we will never forget.
DU Outdoors is an impressive group and I can't wait to see what they have planned next! Thanks SO much, Juraj, Teo and Toni! It was such a pleasure meeting you and thanks for making my birthday special. :)

The hike, sunset view and dining experience was unforgettable! Yuri and Teo were excellent hosts who went out of their way to show us true hospitality. They made our evening very special and were helpful in every possible way.
Expect a pleasant hike, incredible views, stimulating conversation, delicious bites and great company the whole way. A standout experience from our trip!

This hike was one of my favourite Dubrovnik experiences. I was a little worried if I would have enough energy for the hike but when we started hiking, it was rejuvenating.
The scenery was straight-up gorgeous - beautiful water, views of the old town, hills and green forests. Our guide Juraj was knowledgeable and had many great stories.
The hike itself was easy with incredible views along the way. At the end of the hike we were treated to delicious local food and wine with the sunset in the background. This tour was the perfect way to get a little exercise, take in epic scenery, and seriously zen out. It's a 10/10, two thumbs up

Beautiful from start to finish :). A quiet walk to enjoy the most beautiful views of the city. At the top we visited a very interesting museum with data about the war, with explanations from the guide! The sunset up there is simply stunning, and they took us to the best spot away from the masses of tourists. In the evening we enjoyed a snack with local products, including wine and a liquor made by one of the guides! Once again the view of the city at night is pure magic. Super recommended experience!!!

Everything about this tour was amazing. Our tour guides, Eugen and Juri, were smart, engaging, and hilarious. They were observant of our groups needs and checked in on those that were struggling. Many of us had just flown in the same day. The views, history, and conversation were wonderful. The wine and charcuterie were also very well done. I cannot recommend this experience enough and would love to do it again. Hvala vam puno!
