Bought the gold option to get extra oil tastings and it was worth it to try out some of their oils and find the ones I liked. The museum is small, and very informative and educational. Like most Americans, I had a misunderstanding of olive oil, and I learned a lot in the museum tour and tasting. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

This is highly recommended, pay 45€ for the platinum expierence that you can book directly. You will be guided by the museum, you will taste 5 different olive oils, 2 wines a delicious charquterie plate and a dessert. You will learn a lot about olive oil here, and what the difference is between that of the supermarket and that of the local farmer. Echt TOP

The museum is quite average, the audio guide does not always work and the visit is very short. Tasting ok but also shipped, the tourist again seems a money pump as in many other places in this country...

Museum om dyrkning af oliven, udvinding af olie og smag. To film og audioguides inkluderet. Basis-smagningen er 2 olier og 1 kendt fra supermarkedet. Med Guld-smagningen får man 5 ekstra olier og når 8 inkl. forskellige oliventyper. De 15 min ekstra er på alle måder pengene værd. Deres shop har et virkelig fint udvalg af olier, trøfler mv. Bestil turen inden. Smagninger foregår løbende.

We had the gold experience. So we got to taste a total of 8 oils. In addition, a comprehensive and very informative audio tour.
A clear explanation of the oils, the taste and how to recognize good oils! One of the most fun things we've done. Definitely worth the time, you will also check your olive oil at home..!

The tasting was the most helpful part - don’t skip it! We did the basic 3 oil tasting and felt it was perfectly sufficient. Do the museum first, then the tasting if possible, as it will help to know some of the facts you’ll learn when you do the tasting.

Very good taste and cultural experience. We were welcomed by passionate and smiling people who taught us many things about this Istrian olive oil. In addition, the visit is quick and complete, which informs us about Istria and olive oil. In addition, you will be offered several tasting options.

We had a fantastic Gold level tasting experience and explanation from the lovely Antonella. Very interesting to know about different olive oils and compare tastes. I strongly recommend this tasting and museum experience, 5 stars!

Attention! If you go there, buy the tickets on site! A normal tour with a simple tasting costs 15 euros and you can buy the ticket at your leisure. With extra high-quality olive oil it costs a total of 24 euros. It is definitely interesting. But don't buy it for 30 euros on TripAdvisor. The lady at the cash desk couldn't explain the price to me either and the 15 euros I overpaid were gone.
