Everything went smoothly from start to finish. (Apart from someone being 30 minutes late). Bus journey was about 1 hour 35 minutes, very scenic. No queues to get in the park. We did route C and used the boat and land train too. It was all beautiful, the paths weren’t slippy at all even up to the caves. Lots of photos were taken. We arrived at about 10.10 and left the park at 4. Glad we chose route C to walk around.

As a solo traveller, this was much easier than getting into Zadar to catch the bus and getting my own ticket once there. It only worked out slightly more expensive than buying a separate bus journey and entrance ticket.
I was picked up at a nearby location to my accommodation which was really helpful - the instructions weren't clear so I was waiting in the wrong place. The driver was miserable. Please note - you don't get dropped back to the same place.
Because the 'guide', who actually just tells you when to meet back at a given time, gets the tickets you don't get a map of the park which everyone else seemed to have but there are plenty of signs and the routes are relatively clear (apart from an odd section of Route B by boat!)
The park itself is spectacular and an absolute wonder of nature - utterly breathtaking. Was lucky that there didn't seem to be the crowds that others have talked about so it was a really lovely leisurely walk round. The tour gives you plenty of time.
Tip: wear layers! It is colder up in the mountains and I was glad I had read the reviews so had the right clothing but others on the trip were in t-shirts and shorts and had to buy fleeces from the gift shop!

The destination and service was extraordinary. My low rating was that they did not respond to my request to change to the next day. The day was non-stop torrential rains and very cold temperatures -- not a good day for such a hike. The tour had been very communicative until I asked to switch the day. They also knew the weather would be terrible, but rather than accommodate their customers, they decided to ignore all messages. By the time they filled up the bus, there were 50 passengers and I am sure the money counted for more than their customers' best interests. The bus trip was very nice and all was as advertised otherwise.

Excellente communication et organisation de l'agence Élégance tour. Ils vous accompagnent de l'agence au lieu du bus. Les billets sont réservés pour nous:il faut juste les payer en euros ou en Kuna à l'agence le jour même.
Cette excursion ne doit pas être manquée. C'est trop beau... Seul désagrément, l'attente au bateau du parcours C a 11h30 et les guêpes très agaçantes...

Must do, we travelled from Zadar using the local bus, really easy, just booked our park tickets the day before. We were there when it was probably at its busiest and there was only one area around the large waterfall that had any holdups, really rememberable place, a must do if you’re able

I thought the service was good. My only complaint is that the individual leading the tour did not mention there was a bus service at the top of route C (which we definitely should have figured out on our own) and we ended up walking double the distance in the four hours as we thought we were going to miss the bus! Otherwise good transportation and absolutely beautiful scenery!!

A beautiful National Park to visit made easier by Elegance Tours who arranged the transport. Everything was as expected and comfortable for the duration of the journey. The buses were perfectly on time both travelling to and from Plitvice.

The park was amazing! Overall a good experience. The only improvement would be the following - The driver and the guide who greeted us at the park did not speak enough English. They should have provided more information about restrooms, and other amenities in the park.

Wir sind vom 16. bis 19.08. in Zadar und würden uns gern die Plitvicer Seen ansehen. Ich habe gehört der Eintritt für Schwerbehinderte ist frei, ich habe ein Schwerbehindertenausweis mit 50%. Wie kann ich ein Ticket für den Park für 0 Euro buche. Meine Frau bezahlt den normalen Tarif.
