Fun for us- but not if you are not a fan of hiking

Well, what should have been a 2 hour tour took 5 hours and our poor tour guide was worried about us missing the ship. We are hikers and loved the adventure- but we had two people in our group that had never hiked. If you are an avid hiker then this hike is between an easy and moderate if you were to rate the terrain. There are rocks so wear good hiking shoes- that was another issue for non-hikers is that slick smooth bottom tennis shoes will have you sliding. Wear appropriate gear. The stop for a beer is great and the view is spectacular. And we saw a heard of goats too.

Ottima esperienza
Un tragitto semplice e bello condito da panorami su Cattaro e la sua parte storica spettacolari. Inoltre, durante la discesa, la guida ci ha fatto ripercorrere tutta la storia del Montenegro e di Cattaro dimostrando un'altissima preparazione.

Kotor from different perspective
2022年4月
We had a nice experience to meet our guide Milija, he was so interesting at previous tour that we trusted him to travel with him to this place. We are not people who doing hiking, but this is downhill hiking (can not find this nowhere). So we went with taxi up to the mountain road and than we did downhill walking on this panoramic old hiking trail. The view on Kotor bay is amazing literally.

Unbelievable!!

This was an amazing experience! Our Guide, Milija, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and history leading up to today. We started at the top and tracked down a road that has been used for centuries! This perspective was amazing to trace the history from the Roman era. The views were stunning…almost couldn’t believe they were real (uploaded photos are, in fact, real and unfiltered!). He was very cognizant of when we needed a break, brought plenty of water, and had a casual unhurried nature that made this one of the most enjoyable excursions we’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend more!!
