It was an outstanding experience at the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa.
The visit to the 124th floor on top was mesmerizing. What a view of Dubai City you get from this top floor. Dubai's infra & glass building shines everywhere.
Most photogenic spot, with tons of photos clicked by everyone.
We booked the trip for 10 am, helped us to reach the top floor w/o any queue waiting. In the same Dubai Mall, Aquarium& underwater zoo was a nice experience as well. Our kid enjoyed this a lot at this Aquarium. Tons of fishes, even penguins are there to pay & visit.
Overall I will highly recommend visiting Burj Khalifa top floor view is a must. For kids, the Aquarium visit is the best you can give them as a gift.

Dubay is the city in the world to visit in all aspecrs.
During my stay in Dubay the evening time I spent in Dubay mall with Burjikelifa ibtertaimebt was the best. The cleaness of the town is amaing no dust no single paper on the street.

This is very cool. I visited with family at night. The view of the Dubai with lights is really cool. From the deck you can also see the fountain down. See pictures I attached.
Plan your time well. There may be a big line to get in here. Watch the history and making of the Burj Khalifa as well. Those are also good. I enjoyed those.
The deck is usually crowded. Find a space near the glass to take pictures and watch the scene. Enjoy Dubai ...

We purchased our tickets on-line in advance of our visit on 24th September. We arrived early as request (19:15 for 20:00). It took an hour and 15 minutes from check-in to get to the lift at the base of the building due to the sheer number of people - pure greed, pack them in and take their money (apart from being unsafe!). Once we arrived at the viewing platform it was impossible to move around and so we found the queue to go back down. Hundreds of people were in a 'queue' trying to do the same. Everyone was crammed into a small space and people started panicking at one point because of the crush. Only two lifts were being used to take people up and down. The person who was attempting to supervise the loading of the lifts had totally lost control. The whole experience was a shambles and if this is typical, it's an accident waiting to happen. If I could rate this experience lower than this I would. My advice to anyone is save your time and money and go for a meal instead.

Company providing tickets suddenly not responding to messages and requests for our tickets even though they were paid for 3 weeks prior. Left us at site with no tickets and no way of entry as venue was already fully booked even for new bookings. Wasted 3 hours trying to resolve and everyone very disappointed .

Absolutely disgraceful experience. We booked the trip to visit the Burj khalifa. No one turned up. No communication from them unlike other agents such ABC tours. Phone line is dead. Upon asking the concierge in our hotel, the company has been in non existence for almost two years. Why the hell is it still on TripAdvisor!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Well there’s a short queue that’s because people are having official pictures taken. But once through it’s another short queue to wait 4r the 2 lifts, they allow I think approximately 20 or so through 10 each lift but it’s quite a short wait. We went on a Saturday so possibly busier than a weekday. It’s cheaper to buy a ticket at the venue than through TripAdvisor. Hope this helps.

My wife travels with an electric wheelchair, 175 kgs weight (+ her weight 45 kgs), which she has to sit in all the time during transportation.
Will this be possible in the car that picks us up at the Hotel, or do you recommend us to take the Metro forward to Burj Khalifa?

Yes there are 2 restaurants I know for sure.
The Armani one and another one I dined at the 3rd floor where you can watch the fountains from up above but still listen to the songs played while fountains are on.
Bonjour, ma fille appréhende les ascenseurs . . . combien de temps dure l'ascension réellement car bien des clients disent 1 minute ce qui me semble une image !

Et pourtant c'est bien vrai 1mn jusqu'au 124 même étage il y a 3 ascenseurs on rentre une quinzaine dedans par ascenseur
L'accès au 125 même étage se fait à pied par l'escalier c'est la que se trouve la boutique de souvenirs
Comptez 1 demie heure de file d'attente pour monter un peu moins pour descendre le mall de la tour

I want to know if we can get picked up from the cruise terminal? If we go on tour with you, how would we get back to the ship?
Also, we arrive at 12 mid-day and have all evening to explore, so does your tour guide drive past some locals sights as well? Can we stop at the Mall for shopping?

Anything is possible. I suggest you go it alone by Uber or Kareem the local equivalent. They both drive Lexus cars. Nd are reasonably priced

Depends upon which time of the day you are going to see it .I would advise against visiting as there is gross mismanagement there & time slots on tickets are hardly followed
