Apart from the Burj Khalifa, this tour is a solid 5 out of 5. It takes you to all the major places in Dubai in one day which was perfect for me as it took away the hassle of trying to navigate to these places myself.
The Burj Khalifa portion is a solid zero out of 5. We waited in line for 2.5 hours (tour guide told us it could be 35-40 minutes only). It was frustrating, we spent probably 10 minutes up the top of the Burj Khalifa and the rest of the time standing in a mess of a queue that barely moved sometimes as the Burj Khalifa staff prioritised those with an express pass. In one word - OVERSOLD. They know this and you realise it when you hit queue after queue. There is even a queue to get DOWN. So after 3 hours of standing in line, the enjoyment is just not there. Our tour guide made us stress as well since he asked us to be back after TWO hours - and we weren't even anywhere near the front of the line after two hours.
I wish this tour was more transparent about this. Or that it offered a skip the queue option. We were hungry, tired and it really put Dubai in a negative light. There was no apology offered by the tour guide.
If there are tours that take you around Dubai without the Burj Khalifa - do those. If you really want to go up, get yourself a skip the line ticket. Yes they are expensive but it saves a LOT of stress and annoyance for a very OVERSOLD tourist trap.

This is our first time to visit Abu Dhabi and Dubai as well.
We chose full day city tour to Dubai. Our tour guide , Suhail, was a very nice person and we are very happy and enjoyed our trip with him.

It was good, the organizer reported himself early and again 1 day before, in the morning the guide reported and kept the pickup time exactly.
Important you need WhatsApp and mobile connection.

Very nice varied day tour where you have seen everything in 1x. Only been inside the Burj Khalifa, the other highlights only briefly visited.
But you do have a full picture of Dubai.
With an authentic boat to the Souk and with the monorail to Hotel Atlantis, fun and varied because of it.
Late afternoon we went to the marina, very impressive.

We really enjoyed our full-day tour of Dubai. Be prepared for the unavoidably long lines during the Burj Khalifa portion.

Overall tour was good. However, poor allocation of timing was done for Burj where only 2 hours were allocated to go up and get down. We took almost 4 hours as it was peak season. As local tour agencies, you should know better than foreigners when it comes to timings during peak seasons. Also, headcount was done after every place we visited except the last place visited. We didn't realise the bus left without two of us leaving us stranded. We had to take a train to meet the bus at another station. Tour guides should take more caution. We got reimbursed that very night itself for the train fare but it's regrettable that this happened in the first place.
Customer service is very good and efficient. Overall, more planning needs to be done to not overpromise and underdeliver.

The Burj Khalifah was not worth the hour and 45 minute wait to get to the top This was due to other cruise ships in port and poor planning of the company hosting the trip as most scheduled at the same time Not fault of tour guide but not a good look at all Rest of trip fun and worth the value but that was a terrible stand out of the day others said the website said you don’t wait in the regular line but not true We did 👎

the building is in deed so tall but it is too too much crowded to go up and to come down the place was so packed need to be more organized it took us 3 hr. waiting time not worth it the place is so beautiful and clean plus some recorded or printed written information could be provided to all visitors

Suhail was excellent. He WhatsApp med several times to tell me pick up time and when he was on his way. Great communication.
You get a quick overview of Dubai with this tour. The audio guide for the drive is informative about the country.
We spent 2 hours at the Dubai Mall. This is tight if you’re going up the Burj Khalifa. It was crowded and took 1.5 hours, so we got no lunch. Pack a snack!

Are any of the visited museums in the tour require vaccination or pcr test in mar 2022? If I want to enter Jumeirah mosk, what day is best to book?

National Museum was closed at the time of our visit ( by covid restrictions), but they are planning to reopen it ( check it with your guide or at the museum website) . Other museum are open with mandatory mask. Jumeraih mosque has strict opening times ( dress code should be apllied) .

Morning Mosque Visit
Daily at 10:00am and 2:00pm except Fridays
Registration begins 30 minutes before the program starts
(information from their website) . I recommend to come between monday to thursday , as it is not so busy there.
