We had a brilliant time on this desert safari. We done the camel ride, sandboarding and dune bashing and all we're great fun. Our guide Rasheed was fab!

It was very well organized. I loved everything I did... it was wonderful and they were so professional. Ask for Asif Iqbal for the Safari Ride and he'll give you a good time... He was wonderful, taking pictures and making us comfortable throughout the whole ride...

I don’t recommend this company ABC to book any trip with them their treat the costumer very bad they have one price in advert but they ask you after for upgrade more money if you don’t pay the money they treat you with disgrace plus they not offer you evrithing wich you pay.i want to eat something with my child but the food I was a disaster I upload a picture

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking time off your busy schedule to review us, on baseless and untrue statements. We consider this a great opportunity to address the points you raised.
Your review is completely unacceptable and does not align with our standards or the clear advertising of our products. We explicitly outline all inclusions and exclusions in our advertisements to ensure transparency. Any additional costs or upgrades are communicated upfront, and it is unfair to suggest otherwise.
We have offered everything included in your package, and we strongly stand by it. We have not deprived you of any service that was included in the package and not offered to you. But if you are expecting the other facilities like premium lounge services, or other facilities also to be included as part of your package, sorry that’s not possible or feasible for us as it has a lot of cost involved in it.
The premium lounge service we offer is an additional facility because of high demand from our guests who want luxury and get everything sorted at ease. This includes Garden table chair seating, full service on the table with hostess, upgraded meal, canned beverages and balcony view of the shows. All these exclusive facilities at hardly the price of a coffee in Dubai.
This is one of the most appreciated services and we are fully booked out on every other day. Above all, opting for it or not depends on every individual’s discretion, it is just an additional facility we offer.
You have booked the regular package which includes pickup/drop from your hotel, Open desert quad biking, High dune safari, Camel ride, sandboarding, sheesha, henna painting, entertainment live shows, soft beverages and five course BBQ dinner.
All of the above-mentioned was offered to you in full and complete justice has been done for what you paid.
But expecting other facilities FREE OF CHARGE is beyond our limitations and has high expenses involved.
On a kind note, Ms. Elena, everything comes with its own price and value for it.
On the day you booked with us, every guest paid extra and upgraded to this facility except you, as you know pretty well. This was their personal choice to upgrade and get the benefits of it and at the same time it was your choice to go with what’s included in your package. But instead, you were demanding the staffs at the campsite asking why not just upgrade you for free? How is this possible? This would be a total injustice done to other guests and this is way beyond our limitations.
However, understanding your concern and with a motive of trying to resolve the issue, we tried so many other ways to make you comfortable by none of these efforts were appreciated by you, clearly because according to you only if we upgrade you for FREE you would be satisfied, which we never did.
Your claim that we treat our customers poorly and that our pricing is misleading is unfounded. As one of the oldest and most reputable tour operators, we take immense pride in upholding the highest standards of service and fairness. Our advertising clearly outlines all inclusions and exclusions, and we never engage in deceptive practices regarding pricing or upgrades.
We do not show partiality to any of our guests. Every customer is treated with the utmost respect and consideration. Our commitment is to provide exceptional value and satisfaction, consistently delivering more than what is promised.

Great Desert Safari experience. Polite and courteous staff, timely pick up and drop from hotels. The dune bashing led by our driver Sadiq was outstanding. The dinner and shows were excellent…a great way to spend the day in Dubai. Thank you ABC Tours!

Had a great tour with ABC, seeing the sun rise in the desert. I've done a couple of 4x4 safari trips in the past but never this early - well worth getting out of bed at 0430 for! The light in the desert at sunrise was wonderful. Land Cruiser was clean and well maintained, the driver was great and picked us up promptly at 0500.
Dune bashing was gentler than I remember, perhaps because my daughter was with me, and always felt safe and controlled. Sandboarding was good fun and the camel ride was a good 15 minutes circuit from the camp and back. Breakfast of juice, roti and curry was tasty and there was more than enough for us all.
One mark lost because of the comms. I booked on ABC's website and paid with Paypal. After I booked, I got an email saying the booking was not confirmed until I'd sent proof of payment. If I've paid with Paypal, I don't expect to have to do this - PayPal will have told ABC that I'd paid.
Sent the Paypal confirmation anyway, heard nothing back and two weeks later, resent it with a follow-up, again with no reply. When I contacted ABC a couple of days before the tour, I was asked to send them copies of my booking - they didn't seem able to locate it using their booking reference! Eventually got pick up address and timing confirmed and after that, all went well. It shouldn't be this difficult though and ABC should be more proactive in contacting guests about pick up locations and timings.

WARNING every 5star review on here that you see is dishonest. The tour guides stop in the middle of the desert and stand over your shoulder to make you do a 5 star review before proceeding with the rest of the tour.
In all honesty, the tour was underwhelming and poorly organized. My family did Sand Safari, 4x4, sand board, Camel ride, Bbq, and “stargaze”. I’ll get into each experience:
Safari : was my favorite part of the trip, although it is just you and your group packed into a Toyota riding through the desert.
4x4: not the funnest for thrill seekers as the rules for riding are very strict for “safety reasons”
Sand Board: the most pathetic portion of the trip, there is only ONE sand board and you ride it down a tiny hill, maybe good for small children but certainly not adults.
Camel ride: you get on a camel & ride in a small circle for a photo op, thats it.
BBQ: food was sub-par, facilities poor, largely forgettable
Stargazing: the light pollution and dust are too thick to see the stars, its like trying to find stars in the middle of a city like Los Angeles, you won’t see anything spectacular as advertised.
Again, the most regrettable portion of the trip is that the reviews are mostly forced on you, the Safari guid will literally not proceed until he watched everyone in your party submit one, highly unprofessional & dishonest.
I would not do ABC tours again, skip this and save your money.

UNFAIR AND BIASED REVIEW!
Thank you for at least honestly appreciating our desert safari (dune bashing) which is the highlight of the tour. We take genuine suggestions, feedback, criticism positively which is why ABC Tours Desert safari is rated No 1 in Dubai. The biased review you have placed for whatever reason that you may have, we understand it is your opinion. Being one of the oldest tour operators in Dubai offering our valuable services to more than 100s of tourist daily and
this kind of unfair prejudiced review will not stop us continue our services. A biased media review against the hard-earned reviews is not justified.
ABC Tour is the only company which take guest for self-ride quad bikes to the open desert adhering to safety measures. You feedback is against the safety measures that every tourist loves to follow in the desert, and we experience it on daily basis. Desert safari tour is a tour of the Arabian Sahara Desert – no man’s land where is not easy for medical assistance in case of heavy injuries, which we try to avoid. We are 100% sure everyone would love to be always safe!
Sandboard is a desert sport activity, its all about the balance of every individual. It is not feasible to allow a sandboard for every guest, we need to think practically here as our main aim is to offer fun and thrill for everyone who love to surf from the high dunes at the same time reduce the risk of falls, injuries by restricting the number of boards doing the surfing at the same time. Sandboarding can be repeated it’s a personal choice and we do allow it.
Everyone who is done safari with ABC Tours is quite aware that we are the only company who allows repeated camel rides without any extra charge unlike our counterparts in the desert. We offer camel ride as a photo experience, some love to and some are hesitant to bother the camel ! Its every guest personal choice.
Arabic food : We do adhere to the culture of the safari by offering Emirati cuisine. Though we offer exceptions for Vegetarians and Vegans ! Excuse us for not offering the Los Angeles Double Cheeseburger or steaks which you expect which is again NOT a part of any desert safari tour throughout the country.
We believe in customer service and hence we inform every detail of the tours, the options, facilities in advance to the guest before they arrive so that everything is planned and organised well in advance. Excuse us if you have not read the details of the desert safari tour.

My hat goes off to Naserulla our transportation to and from the Desert Safari + ATV! He holds a wealth of knowledge about Dubai and the surrounding area. He’s in-depth understanding of Dubai's history, from its origins of building structure, to it growth as an economic powerhouse, is fascinating. He paint a vivid picture of Dubai's ambitious plans for the future with your descriptions of planned developments and projects. He command of Dubai's geography, from the locations of key attractions and landmarks to the details of the city layout, helps us as vacationers plan our time and navigate with ease. He’s passion for Dubai and its culture shines through, enriching the experience for all of us that road in the vehicle. I highly recommend Transportation Driver Naserulla for any tour that aims to provide a comprehensive and engaging overview of Dubai.

He is truly an expert behind the wheel! He’s skill in navigating the rough terrain and handling any obstacle that comes your way is unparalleled. He selected the perfect music to match the adventure, helping us and the other passengers feel the joy and freedom of the open road. He’s laid back, go with the flow attitude is infectious and makes the journey as enjoyable as the destination. It was an absolute pleasure riding along with you! I highly recommend Dune Bash (Off Road SUV) with Asif as your Driver!
