This pass was well worth the money.
2 adults and 1 teen we selected 3 attention, visiting the Atlantis Waterpark, Desert Safari and a d visit to the top of the Burj Khalifa. Will definitely buy it again when travelling.

I am very satisfied for my pass expericence.
It allows you to save on costs for many attractions.

Omg Gocity was perfect for Dubai! It included the main attractions and provided transportation to many of them. Setting up the attractions on the passes was convenient as well and was not difficult. My family and I had a blast! We plan to use Gocity passes on the future

Two of the organised trips (desert safari and Abu Dhabi day trip) were very poorly organised. In particular, in Abu Dhabi the only worthwhile thing they took is to was the Grand Mosque but we were only given 1h (of which it took 30 minutes to queue to get in). After the mosque they only took us to tourist trap places with no culture. The Desert safari they crammed so many of us into a car that it was so uncomfortable.

I had such a terrible morning because of this company. I purchased the pass online and was waiting for the email which they said can take upto 4 hours to process once payment is complete! After not hearing back from them I chatted with a live agent who told me they cancelled my purchase due to mismatch info. I was so upset that they did not even inform me of the cancelation and I was just waiting all that time for the email to come in. They advised me to repurchase the pass and promised me that they will rush my order. After repurchasing, I contacted them and they said I still had to wait for the team to process. Our whole morning itinerary was stalled because I was waiting on the pass. We only had 2.5 days in Dubai so timing was tight. They did not seem to care about this. I waited 3 hours, still did not get any email. When I contacted the live agent, they said they cancelled my transaction again!!! What upset me the most is that there was zero communication and I had to "chase" after them to check on the status of my purchase. I don't understand why it's so damn hard to send an email confirmation or notice once a purchase is made. Literally every other online retailer send emails confirmations immediately after purchase. What is really suspicious is that both times my credit card was charged but they claim my bank rejected the transaction. I'm still waiting for my refund which they said will take 7 days. I'm so infuriated at how shi*t the service is. You would think they develop better apps for tourists in a city like Dubai!

Terrible terrible terrible.paid for 3 passes and only could do 2 out of the 3 . Gocity claimed i had done a third event on the pass that i had not. Rectified their mistake but was a struggle to do so however it was too late as had to travel home.what a waste or possibly planned by gocity......Also unable to contact . Email support stops when they realise they have made a mistake. Looking at prices it was cheaper to book imdependently. NOT recommemded. Will never use again. You will likely be not get what you paid for or fiddled out of something.

The good: Safari and Cruise were great! The bad: the passes not working at Motiongate, Legoland, Ski Dubai and Skyview observatory, with 0 customer service or support from Gocity to speak of. Offered a 10% refund once we got back home, which frankly is a joke given that we could not use our passes for 25% of the time, including 3 of the most expensive attractions we visited. Shame because 2 years ago I'd used the same pass and it was great, but I won't make that mistake again. Customer service seems completely uninterested in figuring out why the passes didn't work so that someone else won't have it happen to them. So this seems like a scam. There are other Dubai passes that hopefully work better, and we will try one of them next year.

Had a great time in Dubai on the pass. I was there for only 2 days but managed to max it out with 5 activities on the pass and saw so much. I think I saved about £70 all in all so a great deal. Just remember to book ahead for activities that request this.
