Proffesional and good

Proffessional and kind staff. Everything was good and nice. We were 6 persons and went for 3 hours. Very good experience how to explore Dubai.

Ruined Christmas experience and boyfriend’s first time in Dubai

This place is a scam. They triple-booked our slot and told us to reschedule on the day but was unable to provide a suitable alternative. Additionally, there was a lady who spoke to us over the phone (and another thru Whatsapp called Fernanda ) who were both rude, unprofessional, and refused to take accountability. We purchased this experience as a gift for my family 2 month prior, and flew all the way from the UK to experience this with them, which was ruined for us.

Amazing Yacht experience 10/10

I had an amazing time on a yacht experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Jasper and Mr. Azeem. From the moment we boarded, Jasper made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to help with a smile. Mr. Azeem, the captain, was equally amazing—he navigated the trip smoothly and ensured we had the best views throughout. Their teamwork made the whole experience feel seamless and luxurious. The service was truly top-notch, making it a perfect day on the water. Highly recommend this experience!

The service was amazing and well thought out! The views were amazing and had an eventful time with friends. Jasper and Azeem’s hospitality was top tier. They made us feel welcomed and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!

The right way to spend a Sunday afternoon

What an amazing afternoon spent aboard with friends - out of Dubai Marina, around the Palm , out to the Burj and back to the lagoon for a swim off the boat.
Cannot fault the friendly and professional crew.
Very attentive , would definitely do it again and again. Thanks

Staff were great onboard as well as the booking process.
The boat was great quality also! The staff were also great with our young children.

Super way to see Dubai in two hours

A chilled day

When we arrived and saw the size of the yacht for 10 of us we were not happy. They quickly upsold us a bigger yacht. We were much happier ut this took 25 minutes out of our sailing time. The crew was helpful and nice. We had a great time the scenery was spectacular.

Fantastic trip

We had a fantastic morning on our private yacht cruise. We chose the 2 hour tour to see the Atlantis and then to swim near jumeriah beach. It was a fantastic experience the guys were very helpful and took group pictures for us and pointed out all the sights along the way. Changing area provided below deck and towels and water also supplied. Booked via get your guide.
