We were completely mislead as to what to expect from this booking.
What we got was access to the 124th and 125th floor of the Burj, only after having to wait in the lines. Furthermore, we were under the impression the dinner was going to be in the restaurant at the top, however we were suprised to find out that our dinner was on the 3rd floor. Although the food was nice, it is not worth the $400 AUD we spent on this experience.
Better off saving your money.

I don’t normally post negative reviews but I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this lunch, it was very poor and nothing more than a cafe lunch. The lunch itself was on the 3rd floor of the residents area which is not at all what you would think. No atmosphere and poorly thought about in my opinion. The 124th and 125th floor was absolutely full of people and getting there was queue after queue. Even to get back off the floors you had to wait for a long time. Total waste of a day and don’t waste your money.

Really poorly organised with a complete lack of communication throughout the whole experience. Waiting for over an hour to go to floor 124, which is completely wrong when we had a time slot booked. The meal on the Rooftop terrace was a complete con, awful food served as they know you are captive audience. Would avoid this experience when visiting the city.

Too long lines, too many people. We had
To walk around all the mall in order to fin the validation ticket booth. Pictures were impossible because of the crowd. When we weee going out at 9:00 pm there were no more people. Guess this was the best time to visit.

My friend had her birthday dinner at the Burj Khalifa, and the view was amazing! Being at the base was special. The atmosphere was nice, but the menu had nothing special. The food was okay, and they even gave us a free cake for the birthday. Overall, it was a good experience!

Had a wonderful time
chose 18:30 timing so was able to see the fountains in the day light and also when it started to get darker .
The dinner was excellent and well presented and in my opinion good value for the price of the trip ,the meal did included a bottle of water and we paid for other drinks that again in my opinion where similar prices to London.while eating our meal the fountains were in view as are table was right next to them

Went here as part of the At the Top package which included dinner after coming back down from the 124th floor.
At the Top is incredibly busy and chaotic as they let too many people in, huge queues and waits, and 2 floors at 124 and 125 with a couple of tacky shops.
Heavy rain the day we were booked and no one told us Rooftop at Burj Club was closed and we had to rebook - disappointing given the cost. Had to rebook which took a few calls and no real instructions how to actually get into the Burj Club, just told to get in the normal queue for the tower (which are huge!!)
Thankfully we spoke to some of the staff at the Tower entrance in the Mall, and we were thankfully fast tracked via back entrance to the Burj Club (other diners we met had to queue for the main tower for over an hour to get to the restaurant) .
However, all forgiven when you actually get there. On level 3 overlooked by the tower and ring side seat for the fountains (so go after 6.30pm for the shows). Staff excellent, and reasonable set menu as part of the package which was good - you don't really go here for the food, it for the experience.
We took our time and had some drinks (very expensive ) and enjoyed 3 or 4 different fountain shows

We went on a Monday evening 7:30. Crowds were massive, queues everywhere. Ok it's a very popular tourist attraction so this has to be expected, but seriously..... this was excessive. When we finally got up to the viewing platform, again it was packed and we simply couldn't enjoy the views.
Dinner was ok, food quality and service acceptable but given the price paid, overall not good value

The views were amazing, we took so many pictures. We ate dinner at the roof top burj khalifa was such a beautiful place. Watched the fountains whilst we ate. Food was very nice too. Drinks are not included which is a bit of a shame considering the price
