There was no employees checking that visitors were wearing masks. Everyone was jammed into lifts and it was really unpleasant.
Nothing to enjoy at all.

Hello, Sorry to hear about the experience you faced in getting to Burj Khalifa observation deck. But can you share the information if you have booking with us? as i cannot see any booking of yours with us and you only have Burj khalifa as per your comments.

Terrible please read the long review about how misleading this experience is. Its a few snacks on a tray from a waiter walking around. No sit-down table and its overcrowded. For the money you pay this is a total rip off.

Well what can I say, I was totally mislead by the purchase of this “High Tea”!! On the website when you book there is an image of a tea nicely presented on a table with chairs, and so this was my expectation. The reality was that there were a few coffee tables and chairs scattered around by the windows(the views were spectacular I must add) and a few high tables with no stool to stand by. People then were milling around with canapés(which were nice, but not amazing). I finally had a cup of tea which was served on another floor as the experience is over 3 floors. The tea was served with frothy warm milk (which was interesting). Considering the amount I paid for this “High Tea” I was appalled by the whole experience and I couldn’t wait to leave.
Leaving was interesting to…they make you stop on 3 floors to try and get you to buy something in their shops.
They give you a VIP sticker at the bottom. This should say “MUG” as this is what I felt after the experience.
I looked at afternoon tea at the Burj Alarab before booking this. I am so annoyed with myself that I didn’t book this experience instead (it actually turns out cheaper 🤷🏻♀️)

Hello, sorry to hear about. but with all this information do not know about which tour you had the booking with us? i cannot see any booking for you in system that you made or under your name?
1. You putting review on Burj Al Arab tea experience. and saying they give you coffee on 3rd floor? there is no place on 3rd floor in Burj Al Arab serving coffee.
2. There is a difference between high tea and afternoon tea not sure if you know which tour you booked?
we would love to check the information if you can provide correctly and the tour which one you making your comments about? because you writing is totally different about which in our products.
I look forward to hear if you right about your words to be able to check.

Took both the on the top and with the afternoon tea and loved it . I visited with my friend visiting me from the US and we were with a family of a total of 5 older teens and 2 adults . We visited in the afternoon and we were super lucky as we had clear skies and the pictures looked incredible from the top. What an experience !

Wenn man das Hotel sehen will macht es sich so etwas zu buchen. Man hat vorher Zeit in der Lobby zu verbringen und alles anzusehen. Die Brunnen im Hotel und das ganze drum herum sind sicherlich sehenswert. Auch den Aufzug zur Bar ist ein Erlebnis. Die Bar ist okay, aber nichts spezielles. Die verschiedenen Gänge beim Nachmittagstee sind gut und man kann soviel trinken wie man will. Wir haben mehrmals verschiedene Tee bestellt. Die Qualität ist gut und der Service auch. Es sind zwar immer kleine Häppchen, aber 5 solche kleinen Gänge sind genug. Insbesondere wenn man auch noch Frühstück gehabt hat. Wenn man es noch nie gemacht hat, würde ich dies empfehlen. Ich war auch schon am Abend in der Bar, finde aber, dass es mehr Sinn macht diese am Tag zu besuchen. In der Nach sieht man nicht sehr viel.

Bringing international guests to Dubai's most iconic landmark is such a pleasure when everything is so well organised. The only challenge is parking as The Dubai Mall only lets cars park from 10am - so I recommend that you park in Souk Al Bahar or take a cab to the Burj. Get there well before sunrise as there are a number of visitors and you will need to have your ticket verified and then still make the trip to the 124th floor.
Tickets include a small snack and coffee.
