That was really good, we booked with German tour guide and also got !
The tour was as described the organizer has reported early the tour guide has also written to us in German.
Important is you need WhatsApp and data volume because of the contact.
What you have to write again is the outstanding guide Fawzy thank you for the beautiful day.

Fantastic tour that I highly recommend. Our tour guide Faisal/Ris was the best guide I’ve had. He picked us up at the hotel, came inside to talk to us while the driver waited outside. Timing was good for all the stops and he kept us informed about what was happening and when.
I recommend going on this tour in the beginning of your stay in Dubai. Then you get to experience different parts of the city and what parts you would like to visit again. We went our last day so we couldn’t get to enjoy House 55 again, an a authentic restaurant 👌🏻
Our highlight of our trip was: all the information about Arabic culture, muslims, old Dubai and new Dubai. How their taxes and social welfare are. And finally all the important information before we went to the Souq, how you haggle and look after yourself there.
I recommend going on this tour in the beginning of your stay in Dubai. Then you get to experience different parts of the city and what parts you would like to visit again. We went our last day so we couldn’t get to enjoy House 55 again, an a authentic restaurant 👌🏻

The excursion was very well organized with hotel pickup. Our German speaking, friendly and accomplished guide Ramadan was able to tell us a lot about the above sights and life in Dubai. He always showed us special photopoints. We were a group of 10 people.

We were picked up at our hotel in a small bus that held about 10 people and we saw an interesting variety of new and historical Dubai sights. Our first stop was The Point, an outdoor retail center at the top the Palm Jumeirah that had great views of the Atlantis Hotel across the waterway. We drove by estates of the Royal Family before reaching the Burj Al Arab hotel, which can only be viewed from a distance. We toured a mosque and they have free clothing that you can wear inside. The Dubai Frame was the highlight with panoramic views of old and new Dubai and the frame symbolizes looking from old to new Dubai. The building has a glass floor and the guides were helpful in composing the perfect photo. The entire structure is covered in gold leaf. After a walk through a market area with endless jewelry and saffron shops, we boarded a boat to cross the Dubai Canal before enjoying traditional coffee and dates at a historical restaurant.
Our guide brought all of the sights to life with his informative and interesting commentary and helped us appreciate what life is like in Dubai. Everything about this experience was wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Die Tour war von Anfang bis Ende super organisiert. Wir haben viele neue Eindrücke und die schönsten Ausblicke genossen. Dank unserem engagierten Reiseleiter Hakim haben wir viel wissenswertes über das alte und das neue Dubai erfahren. Diese Tour hat uns wirklich gut gefallen und ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Our guide Riah from Oceanair travels was so nice. When she arrived at our hotel we weren't quite ready yet due to having to take our covid tests that morning. She patiently waited for us with no problem. She was very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed all the sites and learning about Dubai.

-> Yes, we do pick up and drop off from Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers hotel without any extra charge.
-> Tour duration will be 05 - 06 Hours.
-> Normal days The default pick-up time will be 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM and the default drop off time will be 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM depends on city traffic. Except for Friday the tour will start at 02:00 PM To 2:30PM.
