I went to desert Safari with this company it was excellent and specially driver was wonderful and food was good and Dunes it was really love that I will recommend that one to my app friends

Ce tour opérateur est clairement à fuir !
Je vais à Dubai depuis 3 ans et chaque année mon plaisir est de refaire ce safari dans le désert. Déception cette année. Les conducteurs vous parlent mal, vous pressent. Nous avons du changer de voiture 3 fois et à chaque fois nous avons attendu la suivante 30min car elle n'était pas prête.
Une fois arrivé sur le camps, pas de pause photo avec le guide (ce qui se fait habituellement) nous devons de nous même nous déplacer et découvrir le paysage.
Et ce n'est pas fini ! Le henné n'était pas gratuit et pire une dizaine de personne vous alpague toute la soirée pour que vous achetiez leurs produits.
Le barbecue est bon mais bondé de monde. À peine le repas fini les conducteurs reviennent vers vous en vous demandant de vous dépêcher pour rentrer à votre hôtel.
Bref mettez un peu plus cher pour le pas être déçus.

As per my conversation threw whtas app he pick u on time and there was no a isue till u come back because if ur cruise isue u make a isue in safari also it was not good as u already saying i wil do bad for u

We was disappointed in this experience.We were taken to a Hotels where we were harassed by locals to buy their stuff. Got to the place for Camp dune bashing only 8 minutes and camel rides and we were on the camel for less than 5 minutes and people kept coming to our table to sell us souvenirs. I would not recommend this tour.

First thing the people that i have spoken where fantastic. Schedule times with no delays and picking us up at the hotel. The experience was unforgetable, going on the red dunes with our driver Allah was incredible. He is a fantastic driver with lot of driving skills and also knows to chat and was very very friendly.
The VIP service for the dinner was a good choice since we didn't needed to wait on the line to eat. All the things were according to what was told. The tour stop in some places for you to buy or try things however if you don't want is ok and move on.
My last word on this review is for our driver Allah with his Land Cruiser V6 he made this experience feel like i was with a friend and he was showing the desert. Fantastic fantastic
Give Allah a pay rise since he is an important value to your company. Next time for sure i Will book again and Allah must be our driver!!!!

Reservation stated 3pm pickup time, however no one showed up. Called customer services and they told me 4pm instead but pickup done at 4:45pm. Ended up wasting 2 hour of our day, there is hidden fee when you go in desert safari you need to pay again like hena camel ride and vip service which made the whole experience very bad.

In our rates therr is no vip service its depend on the customer if they need this vip service we are not taking any hiden charges from any guest vip services mean if guest dont want to stay the line for the food then we are served on tablr its not from our side if u want to avail this all thinks its pay able

I have booked for a big group, we enjoyed the dune bashing the most. We were loaded in 3 4x4. Very convenient since they picked and dropped us at our hotel. Thank you to their partner Falcon Oasis, the drivers are very friendly. Will definitely book again from them!

Sind ganz zufrieden für den Preis,sind für ein foto nicht stehengeblieben und Sandboarding hatten wir gar nicht wurde uns auch nicht gezeigt wo es wäre.
Es war ganz ok aber fast alles musste man zahlen sonst war es sehr lustig und die leute dort waren sehr nett.
Würden es wieder tun aber diesmal vorbereitet. Für den preis super ☺️

4×4 drive in the desert was the highlight of the evening driver who picked us up was very informative provide great customer service experience, actual venue was below expectations disappointed in the extra hidden charges which were never mentioned during the initial booking, henna painting poor camal rides were extremely disappointing we got on the camel, tour guys took pictures then we quickly had to come off. Overall experience was ok, will I do it again properly not.

My fiancée and I booked the tour for a 4x4 but they picked up another car and changed car 3 times. It was never mentioned that this vehicle would be shared with someone else. Shisha quality was absolutely pathetic nothing like the real ones. Hidden charges for henna art, shisha, pictures etc which is not mentioned.I would not recommend this safari to anyone again.

this marketing of this trip full of exaggerated statements. In reality this trip consists of an hours drive to the dunes including a stop for 10 minutes (on the pretence of necessary vehicle checks) at a tourist tat shop. very bad services
