Absolutely awful.
Left 90 minutes late with no explanation.
Only given warm water in chipped cups and flat warm cola.
Did not cruise was stationary for 99% of ‘cruise’.
Staff wore clothes with holes in or shirts that they had sweated right through.
Food was completely inedible.
Worst experience of a trip ever.
Everyone queued by the exit to get off and cheered when the door opened.
Absolutely disgusting. Less than 1 star Terrible

Not great experience from start to finish on communication for pick up

We have enjoyed this trip. We are able to see good looking night views around Dubai Marina. Got to eat well prepared food with different varieties from main course to deserts. First time to watch the Tanura dance and it amazed me! It was a hassle free booking with Klook,very convenient and affordable. We had offered a free hotel pick-up and drop-off.
