First of all it was a great trip. The car was very nice and clean. The driver was very nice and helpful. He is a great driver. Kids really liked the dune drive took quite long time with nice music. The dinner and the show was also great. Our guide reserved a table for us right at the stage. We had a great experience.
Everything I write below is not related to this tour company, but just some general hints, it is part of all similar tours:
- be aware of the mandatory shopping stops. We had to spend an hour to buy overpriced stuff and expensive motor tours 130 AED was just a basic motor ride for the kids
- then we had another 10 minutes after dune trip to buy food and drink for ok-ish price
- at the restaurant if you would like to served first and if you would like to have a table instead of the pillows on the floor and you don't want to que, then you have to pay for the VIP service extra 50 AED per person, plus they would like to sell you all kind of useless thing.
- The food it self is 90% vegetarian, you only get some chicken places, everything else are vegetables. But anyway the food taste good and if you eat fast you will be full by the end of the night. Kids surprisingly also liked the food. You only get Coca-Cola if you pay VIP, otherwise some noname Pepsi thing. :-)
- camel ride is only 3 minutes if you don't want to pay extra 20 AED or 10 AED after bargaining.
If you say yes to all guys who want to sell something you can easily spend an other 600-800 AED.
We took this tour for the second time that is why is was not a surprise, but if you take it for the first time, it can be annoying.
But ones again whatever tour or camp you choose out of the 42!! camps this is all standard.
Thank you again, we liked it, the only reason for the 4 starts is for the second shopping stop, where they even closed the door behind us not to even try to go to another shop. :-)
