I never received anything for Abu Dhabi, the 13 I went at my hotel lobby waiting no one ever show up, when I finally send an email asking why no one pick me up, someone start telling me that Abu Dhabi is closed, so why I didn't received anything from them the day before. I am asking for a refund and still don't get it yet. They wasted my time, because have they let me know the day before, I will get something else to do. I need my money to be on my account and I have no idea why I didn't have a refund yet.

Booked this more than a week in advance. Tried to message 3 days before to double check pick up time but no response. On day of pick up waited outside hotel at 9am as that’s all the info we had to go on. 9.10am the number we had finally worked to be told the trip was cancelled. Not had any emails/texts to advise it was cancelled and not heard about refund yet.

I have to say - very poorly coordinated activity.
Not only the information about COVID travelling restrictions was NOT clearly articulated on the tour operator's description page.. I was informed that I will be unable to go less than 12 hours before the tour start, and believe it or not- I am still fighting to get my $36 refunded... and am simply being ignored by the tour operator contact person.
If you want to avoid disappointment- I do not recommend using this operator.
Watch the space, travellers and keep safe!

Driver arrived on time and took us around Abu Dhabi where we were able to catch some amazing views of the city and capture great pictures as well. Driver knew a lot about the locations that we stopped at. Will book again when in Abu Dhabi!

Il tour di Abu Dhabi è da fare assolutamente. Eravamo due famiglie con 2 bimbi piccoli e ci siamo trovati bene. Ci è venuto a prendere l'autista con SUV grande. Lui tipo socievole, ci ha spiegato un po' di cose.

The trip definitely paid off, we saw a lot of things we wouldn't see otherwise. However, the driver was a bit rude (and sexist towards the other group) which made us feel uncomfortable. That's why the rating is a bit lower, but the trip is worth it.

Hi This is Confusing - This trip looks good value and covers everything we want - Its says tour operator is "The Walk at JBR" - But when you try to look up there is no reference to a tour company with this name - Just details tof he area The Walk at JBR - As we are staying in that area for a few days it all sounded / looked good . maybe too good - Anybody or better still the company able to add anything and confirm the tour will pick up and drop off at The Walk and that everything IS included apart from lunch ?
