We booked our seats before leaving to be quiet. As soon as we arrived a queue of two and a half hours to take the elevator 😬

We visited the tallest building in the world.
Lucky we had booked for the early morning slot. As we were up and away with 15 mins.
We were able to spend good time without being rushed as there were not many people.
The staff informed us that after 10am there is a three hour wait to get up to the top.
It is worth doing once just to say you got up to the top.
There is plenty of history about the build and the design to read as you make your way to the top.
Suggestions. Book early otherwise you could spend the whole day waiting.

It was truly amazing the views are something else and well worth the visit. Highly recommended. In sure you have plenty of time to visit it was extremely busy.

Felt like i was tricked when i came to the front of a long line with online tickets. They offered us Dhs380 per person to skip the line.
However, if you are a Person of Determination your get great treatment. That is a positive in the waiting game.
The rest of the Burj Khalifa trip was amazing with beautiful views and friendly staff who made the event seamless.
I would suggest buy a paper ticket not the online ticket. A great experience albeit the first step where the ticket seller wants you to buy the much expensive add on.

An amazing building to visit, the view from the 124/125th floor are breathtaking and it is well worth timing it or hanging around after for the fountain and light show but, be prepared for long waits, took over an hour in a queue to get to the lift, even with a booked time slot, also the normal pressured upselling of photos etc at every opportunity and at Dubai prices

Excellent. Priority entry is definitely worth it, and allows you to cut more than an hour in line. Access to floor 148 is also worthwhile to enjoy the view in peace

It was a terrible experience. There were long waiting lines and unclear instructions from staff. It was chaotic and ad hoc. Once up, it was way too crowded. We expected a time slot with fewer waiting times and a less stuffed view deck. With smaller children or elderly people, I recommend not visiting Burj Khalifa. It is way too expensive for what you get.

If I knew what this would be like before I booked this ‘experience’ I would happily and without hesitation have paid a larger amount of money not to endure it. The absolute and obvious issue is they sell massively more tickets than the area can possibly cater for. They indicated a 20 minute wait but it was actually over 3 hours. The lifts surely must have more people crammed in them than is safe. The platform itself is almost completely full, of which almost everyone there is in a massive queue trying to escape. Well over an hour long on both floors. So over 4 hours of queuing for a 5 minute peak through a crowd of people through to dirty windows.

Worst experience and worst management. It’s iconic building and we expect to be memorable trip but it’s nightmare to be there. The site is overbooked and to give time slot is just scam. They are not honouring time slot given on ticket. It’s long queue almost 3 hours. And so much crowded at viewing gallery that you can’t see the view. And worst part is again long queue to come down

Is there a place to store a pushchair as not sure allowed to bring? Also if you booked a given a time slot why is there a queue??
