I booked the device for 4 days but then extended my days to 7 and paid extra at the counter. It was very convenient. Straight forward pick up and drop off. It's much better if you pay security deposit with you credit card so you don't have to visit the shop again to return the device as they have drop box at the departures. I just dropped my device there and left the country and i got the deposit refunded back to my card. Customer service is excellent. I was seeking for help at 6am and to my surprise i received immediate response and guidance.

I rented this 4G WiFi from kitmytrip. The instructions they had provided was very clear and finding their shop at the airport was very easy. I reached their counter, and they took my documents to activate. They had prepared my kit in no time and they made sure that everything works well before I head out.
The device was compact and can easily fit in my pocket. There was one time that I was having some issues connecting, but it turned out my data is over, and I was not able to check. Good thing, they were able to assist me over WhatsApp and acted quickly to refill my data and it was so convenient. Their team is so professional.
I have already used their service before, and still, I'm impressed with their service, that's why I always come back to them. Much recommended in staying connected in Dubai!

Amazing Service available at Dubai airport highly recommend for People visiting Dubai. I got received with a smile and my wifi device very quickly ready and handover to me. Staff made sure that everything is working fine before i leave the shop. The wifi speed was also very good. Very kind and helpful staff assisting for everything you ask for regarding local travel and other information as you are new to the country, thanks to kit my trip for my very first experience to start.

Being on a business trip, it was very handy to have a internet connection everywhere in Dubai. Rented a wifi device from here as my phone was locked with my country provider. The speed was also very good. I was able to connect my mobile and my laptop. I rented 6GB for 3 days and it was good enough on my trip. They gave me an app to monitor my data usage. I returned the device at the same shop and collected my security deposit back.

I had booked this hotspot for use while in Dubai as I need to make sure I have connectivity for work. The pickup was easy and the device worked without any issues. My main problem was the return of the device.
I had asked where I could return it and I was told that once I got through immigration, there would be a stand that I could drop it off. I spent over an hour trying to find the stand and asking people, but nobody knew about it. I finally was able to have someone call KitMyTrip desk and they said I had to drop it off before I went through immigration. I could not go back through immigration, so my only option was to take it back to the US with me and then mail it back to them
If it were not for this one issue, it would have been a great use of the hotspot, but now I have to spend more money shipping this back internationally.
