I paid for the skip the line Dubai frame and global village ticket.
However, I was only sent a ticket for just the global village admission. It clearly said on the ticket that I would have admission to the Dubai frame aswell on the ‘what’s included’ section of the activity.
I went all the way to the Dubai frame as I knew that I paid for both and should be getting admission to it aswell.
When I got there, the ticketing officers could not find my ticket on the app and when we proceeded to call the activity operator, he was so rude to me on the phone. He kept arguing and telling me that I only booked for the global village, but it clearly states that my ticket should grant me access to Dubai frame aswell. He also, blocked our number at the end when we asked if there was anything they he could do which was very unprofessional of him.
I paid a lot of money to get to the Dubai frame and I didn’t appreciate the service I received.
The advert for this activity is very misleading and the name should be changed to ‘skip the line for global village’ ONLY.

"Ticket name is skip the line"
Means no need to stand in queue to buy ticket from counter.
Regarding Dubai frame tickets hope our staff informed you that this offer we had added later with high prices and you had booked tickets with old offer and less price.

You should see it at least once. In the evening everything lights up beautifully. But ultimately everyone just wants to sell. Lots of places to eat.

Global Village selber sehr empfehlenswert ABER
Tickets kamen per Mail mit Einlass 16:00 Uhr... soweit alles gepasst.. fuhren dann mit dem Taxi hin und waren um 15:45 Uhr ca. dort... da Ramadan, öffnete das Global Village erst um 18:00 Uhr... zurückfahren lohnte sich nicht/zu teuer, deshalb mussten wir gute 2 Std warten.. wenn man auf Ausflüge spezialisiert ist, sollte man die Gegebenheiten wissen... wir haben uns darauf verlassen, was ein Fehler war... dem Personal dort ist diese Falschinformation, die solche Ticketsvertreibenden Plattformen weitergeben, bekannt...

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, mixture of different cultures and customs. Very colourful display of food, clothes, perfume, etc. You may easily buy a ticket at the entrance - cheaper than online. Try delicious Bosnian kebab and visit Indian and Turkish marketplaces which are the best.

Ticket experience was good but skip the line wasn't needed even in rush hours.. i did not see anyone checking what kind of ticket i had. And it was national holiday when we went

Online ticket is costlier than buying in the ticket counter. no rush and no long queue . so people can buy in the ticket counter directly to save your money

We didn’t plan anything. Searched about them online. They made our package and gave us the best price. Everything went smooth because of them. Thank you Mr. Kapil and ms. Madhu. Desert safari, sky view, burj khalifa, water park and everything went great.
