It was fun and enjoyable and the sightseeing was spectacular, but he one let us sailing for 10 min despite it says 15 and once we landed he was speeding to go back claiming there’s another customer

On our website, we have clearly mentioned that the total duration of the tour is 45 - 60 minutes, with a flying time of 10-12 minutes. We always strive to follow the promised schedule while ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests. That said, we truly regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve our services.

We booked the day/evening before we wanted to go. The winds ended up being too strong on the sea for us to be safely harnessed but thankfully they didn’t allow us to go up because of this and told us it was not safe (they can’t tell what it’ll be like till they get into the sea). They then booked us in for the best time the next morning when it was safer :) they also refunded us for those that didn’t want to do it anymore :)
